Paytm Mall customer care people are a*****es. They are not receiving calls, they have taken payment for a product and are not delivering it. Neer ever shop from Paytm. Amazon is no 1 because it has the best customer care executives... not the s**t like paytm customer care.

I booked an oder of Mother Dairy Buffalo Ghee with oder no. 6035454703. This order was cancelled by seller without giving any reason. Paytm gave message of cancellation with remarks that the code ONCEAMONTH has not been used and it is available for reuse. There was none of my fault however i was cheated instead.

Afterwards this seller hacked paytm for my account and arranged to bar the code ONCEAMONTH for my account. All the products including Mother Dairy Ghee for which code ONCEAMONTH is available for use in my all friends accounts, is not available for my account means he not only cancelled my order but also barred me from reusing this code.

Sir please arrange to provide me the opportunity to use the code ONCEAMONTH for this month or should I complain for this seller to Prime Minister of India.

I ordered 2 nos. Kurtas vide Order no.6179497535 for Rs.1093/- (Rs.560/- + Rs.533/-). But only 1 pink kurta (Rs.560) was delivered vide AWB no.69096356921 of BlueDart. The delivery status show as both kurtas delivered vide the same waybill number. But the parcel contained only one kurta.! Paytm do not track the actual delivery status. Vendors cheat. Paytm do not have control on their vendors. Unlike Amazon, Flipkart, who ensure prompt & accurate delivery, Paytm cheats. Never place multiple item order on Paytm. You will be definitely cheated.

I have ordered Three Burner Gas stove. Item has been received. due to quality reason its need to cancel. But as when going to return its show from this address unable to pick the material. Just I want to ask we can delivery on same adress.After that I have so many times try to call to custmer care. But no body pick the phone. Kindly suggest how to return the product.
