LG Customer server is 0. did mistake to buy from them.
Failure of 42 " LG LED TV display by wall mounting bracket
Dear sir/madam,
Vide reference compliant no: GCP180824061689 your company technician was came on 25.08.2018 and checked. After inspection, he says that the LED TV display may be poked by external source so that only LED TV display got cracks even though there is no marks/damages are not present in front glass.
I won’t accept his statement and I did the practical experiment, in front of your technician I was poked to the LED TV by scissor sharp edges another place there is no damage of the display. For my statement is LED TV display is damaged by the power card is only in the problem, but your service technician not ready to accept and study the power card compression problem due to the worst design of wall bracket assembly. He was enquired and informed to me to replace the new display panel is only solution of damaged LED TV display panel for an amount of Rs.30,000/- but actual rate of new 42” LED TV may come around Rs. 38,000/-.
In this regard, I inform to your service technician there is no significance to replace LED TV display and I decided, put into scrap of the LG LED TV.
Finally I conclude “I did the big mistake to select and purchase the LG 42” LED TV and also waste my valuable money for spend most precious brand of LG.
I thank to your company for taken immediate steps to give the valuable solution by i spend my money Rs.295/- and it is humble request no need of further assistance of your company. You may be a big brand company but your fail to satisfy the valuable customer like me.
