Bought a LG refrigerator from meenakshi electronics, kodad in October-2014. It has a lots of problems firstly it is not cooling and food items kept in it get spoiled. Because of this we are facing lots of problem. Secondly the door has started to make sound when it is opened, and the light in the fridge is also not working. We called the customer care and asked to get it repaired, it has been one week but no one has came. I am very disappointed with LG customer service.

We have been using LG products and we rely on them as one of the best brands. Each product is very use full but not the customer care center when it comes to addressing any customer issues. The main drawback is the call center person always speaks in Telugu (I am sorry, if I am not aware of Telugu being the official language of LG Customer care service). The next thing, being service center they give us phone no. of the technician instead of raising ticket and help guide the technicians. Above all, those ph. no. are in no way related to the complaint. The ETA for at least the technician to contact the customer would be 24 hrs after the ticket has been raised. Such many 24 hrs would have to pass.

We are very unhappy with the call center and the staff supporting LG products...please educate them before placing them to address customer issues. Also, they need to understand the necessity of pulling out the history when requested for a complaint to know and understand if the issue is not closed instead of a re-iteration. Addressing a big no of customers/complaints should never be the criterion for a customer care center.

Visited their Lucknow service centers at two places but both are asking for different fees for my Lg nexus 5 smartphone. How could that be possible that same repair cost varies so much at different service centers? Not a very good service from LG mobile.

I have purchased new LG LED TV model no.LG32LF553 date 19/09/2015. But i have not received the registration number. I applied for insurance but have not received the registration number.

What a stupid helpline....i called 10 times and got busy message each time. its supposed to be 24 by 7 what a bloody joke.

I have registered complaint for my microwave part which has been misplaced while shifting my house. but can't get the required material. no reply from Ur company people. I am from Sitapur. my microwave model no. Is MC-7880PSR. kindly do the needful.

I want to know that no one coming on helpline, no answer. Complained thrice before about TV to be repaired but no one come, no answer, no satisfaction. its only to sell duty, the after response is not regarded kya. this is not done. I believe u take necessary steps, it's regarding safety measures. N you r liable on anything happening. 113b, manohardas katra.

The helpline number is always telling busy.. not been able to place the complaint regarding refrigerator.

I would never suggest to buy any of the LG product. They are fake.
