Service rendered at Kolkata airport by ground staff was very bad. They were very rude.

Dear sir,

I booked a ticket in air asia, but my flight was cancelled from your side. i didn't get any refund or another booking your ava now link is not provide any details. Your customer care number is not attend any call, still waiting. please provide any solution for me.
