My flight was from Jaipur to BANGLORE booking #C1QBSZ leaving on April 14/2020. Due to lockdown can not go and later date is not convenient. so I would appreciate if my money would Be refunded to my account.

It was quiet a long time the refund process is initiated as flight was cancelled by airlines due to operational problems. But the refund amount was not refunded or credited to bigmember account. Customer care team never responds even though staying online for a long.
