PNR OY3EPY, name puspendra thakur, trip id 180814130296. Cancelled a ticket on Indigo flight on 14/7/2018 evening but didnt received any refund.

I booked a ticket through their app.. and then I canceled it within 10 minutes. I am supposed to receive my refund and I haven’t received any. This is an episode from 14th August and no progress as yet. It’s really annoying. You can’t contact them also.

Pls call me, I am booking flight but first name and last name related problem.

Its the the worst app to book travel tickets or hotel. I booked flight but cancelled it later and now i am unable to get my money back. Also the customer service is third class.
