Sir/Madam My air ticket refund amounting Rs 7118/- to Ixigo since Nov 2020 not credited in my account till date and no information shared about it. You are requested to credit amount at the earliest.

I have booked my ticket via ixigo, amount deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked. I am not getting refund till now. Please send your e-mail id. Or contact 8929513445

My ARN NO. 6456261374 08 6956606106. The refund is successfully initiated by ixigo but my bank is not been credited by amount of cancellation. Why, When In will receive it?

Dear Felcon & ixigo TeamI'm facing an issue regarding my refund.I booked a bus Surat to Pune Journey date of Sat 14.05.2022 at 21.15.
Your Bus was cancelled. I confirmed the same on the call number. He said the bus was canceled and your amount was refunded in 48 Hr. Still now my amount has not been refunded.

I book the train ticket from mayiladuthurai to tirupathi. Amount debited from my bank account Rs. 602. but ticket not booking. so that failure amount not credit to my account till today. so please credit that same amount to my account.

I had booked two ticket which got canceled due to some reason. The refund I have not yet received which I paid through net banking. Please return my refund to me.
