Today I got a call for your customer care, they are talking to me about gift she said if you shopping in paytm mall 3000 rupees you will get a gift. is it true or fake?

Poor delivery...waste of money. My ordered product is yet not delivered.

Paytm Mall customer care people are a*****es. They are not receiving calls, they have taken payment for a product and are not delivering it. Neer ever shop from Paytm. Amazon is no 1 because it has the best customer care executives... not the s**t like paytm customer care.

Wrong shoes delivered instead of puma men's aron black running shoes, worst experience ever on Paytm mall wastage of money. I decided never to shop with Paytm Mall and also suggest others to do the same. Flipkart and amazon are the best sites for shopping, Amazon is no 1 because it has the best customer care executives.

I have not received my cashback amount after purchase from paytm mall. my Order No. 5434752789. I got no response from paytm services.... please help me.

I have not received my cashback of order. Even I returned the order I received the actual amount as refund but till now cashback is not received. Customer care no is useless no one takes calls. No one respond on email.

I tried all options to contact or message your Customer Care, but useless. Going through other reviews, it appears that you are also not interested in improving it.

I tried for the phone call on your so called 24×7 CSC No. 01133776677 not less than 10 times, but the number could be connected only 3 time, and after preaching me the recorded Advt.s the same got automatically disconnected. Other Customers Service tools master mindedly devised by you even does not provide any opportunities to leave any message.

Paytm mall is a first class fraud company. I cancelled my order but still didnt get my refund. On calling its customer service number, no one receives. Do not buy anything from this site.

Parcel break and speaker also breaking. I have call customer care, but no response. Immediately call the officers.

I have order or head and shoulders anti hairball sjampu but to day I have surprised to see that bill is for shampoo but instead of that few cookie found in pack. Customer care not picking my phone. Kindly pick up back your cookies and deliver the correct item Or refund my money.

Paytm customer care service is worst. Noone ever picks up the call. I received my delivery and it has a return option for 10days. But still now its not updated in my order section and so I can't return it. Wtf man? Paytm is the worst shopping app i have ever seen.

Two of my orders got cancelled back to back, that too without any notification, after 10 days of order placement. Customer care never picks up your call. Still don't know the root cause of the cancellation.
