I purchased one Diet 35i Symphony Air Cooler for Rs. 8364/-.on 23rd July, 2016 from M/s Rajat Electronics, near Atta Market, Sector 27, Noida U.P.. It worked only for 20 days. After that it was not working. I lodged a complaint on 7th September, 2016 vide your reference/Service Request No. GH-HM-7I16001 and Secret Code No.9891962206.

Your mechanics visited and told that the said cooler will be replaced and we shall take it to our company. We were waiting for your mechanic but nobody came to replace the Air cooler. After that I got a SMS saying that “Product repair estimate was given and is not approved by you. We have closed your complaint. If you wish please re-register complaint”. It is for your information that the said air cooler is under warranty. Your mechanic gave a wrong information to you. Now the remote of the cooler is not working.

After that one day the mechanic came and made the cooler direct so that the remote is not to be used. Remote will be changed/repaired later. The day never came and the mechanic did not come to repair it.

It is, therefore, requested to re-register the said complaint and send the mechanic to replace or repair the said cooler and remote as it it is under warranty.

I am having a very poor interaction and response from the company , in spite of repeated request the company representative never turned up for the servicing of the cooler. They have given me the future reference no but was in vain. I strongly insists not to keep any hope from the company representative that they will ever turn up.

I purchased a symphony Air Cooler Jumbo Jr.last 4 years back. For the past two years it was not used. Now I would like to take service and change the pads. I called the Customer Care on7th June by 5.19pm. and reported the above matter. They lodged the matter and the no. 07061800287.On 8th sombody (Chandrababu) called me and said to come on next day (9th). But he did not turned up and not picked the calls and he attended the call by evening 6 and informed to another man.but in vein. Again I called customer care today by4.30pm and informed the same. they have given mobile no.of Sai Electronics. no response till now. please take immediate action to do the service and change the pads.

Unable to connect with company and all number provided by company is either switch off or unavailable. Very bad for the customer and I am one of them.

It has been more than one week but no technician was send to me house. I bought Symphony Jumbo 41ltr air cooler 2 months back and it is having problem of body current. Pls help me and get it repaired.

Very disappointed with a new purchase. Since bringing the pump its not working, asked to change it but was denied. Phone switched off by dealer. No service.
