My air cooler is not working. water pump is running but the fan is not working. I want it to be repaired.

हमने 7जून को touch55 कूलर खरीदा था जिसकी कूलिंग ठीक नही हो रही है।हमने डीलर को शिकायत की तो उसने बुलंदशहर के सर्विस सेंटर का नम्बर दिया जहाँ से रवि नाम का लड़का आया और ये कहकर की इस मॉडल में तो कूलिंग ठीक होती ही नही है चला गया।हमने बुलंदशहर और गाजियाबाद में भी बात की लेकिन कोई भी सही जबाब नही दे रहा है,बताये हम क्या करें।

Complaint made twice, very poor service and poor response. A gentleman came but replied, हमारे पास पार्ट्स ही नहीं है,जब आजाएगा मैं बता दूं गा, ये है सिंफनी प्रोडक्ट और सेवाएं भगवान ही मालिक है. केसे चल रहा है व्यापार पता नहीं.

I launched a service request on 20/09/2022 but till date no response from service station. Very very poor service and worst response.
