Failed mobile recharge and refund
I am frustrated with a recent issue with a failed mobile recharge and no refund. I attempted to recharge my VI mobile number through the VI app. Unfortunately, the recharge was unsuccessful, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. Despite the failed transaction, the amount has not been refunded to my bank account or VI wallet. I request you to either recharge my number or refund the deducted amount to my bank account .
