I'm going for my lost sim renewal but the store executive said me before your sim renewal you want your alternative Jio prepaid number convert to Vodafone postpaid - & for postpaid benefits -
1. 50GB monthly data
2. Outgoing free
3. Incoming free
4. 5000 sms free

After this wrong information plan. I'm convert my Jio prepaid to Vi postpaid

Starting 2 3 month my bill around 250 300. But after 3 4 month my bill around 600.

I'm calling customer care of vi the representative said your monthly data is only 20 gb... I'm shocked. How vi store giving me wrong information.

I want a legal actions for this site of Vodafone.

Please help me.

Sir, I have booked vi sim number on 24 oct. 2023 by vi app.
I have not received new prepaid sim. So please send me prepaid sim. Thanks.
