I am prashant saxena's father, communicating from Allahabad, U.P., Prashant took a year's membership in may'2017, before that he had taken the monthly membership of March'17 and April'17. In September prashant developed a mental disorder diagnosed as Psychosis with mental retardation, and he was advised not to be social or visit gyms and play areas (medical certificate submitted to talwarkar at Allahabad).

Based on the above problem Prashant was stopped from going to talwarkar gym, as it could lead to social problem in the gym. I applied for refund of the balance amount of the membership submitting all the documents in September2017. Since then I have been communicating from pillar to post but no positive result.

I was told by one Mister Alok that the refund amounting to about rs.20,000/- has been approved, but till date that amount has yet to be reimbursed to be. the local incharge Mr.sachin Tandon has been giving me only assurance but no money.

Request kindly expedite the reimbursement, which is now pending since 10 months.

I had purchased 1 year membership plan of Rs.12,400/- from Talwalkars Gym, Judges Bunglow Branch on 10.09.2018 and thereafter i am suffering from mental disorder and dipression for which i have submitted an orig. copy of medical certificate to the Branch concerned. Therefore, i hereby request to the Talwalkars gym help center to do needful in this matter and give back my paid amount of the same.

I am ayush srivastava from allahabad(prayagraj). I had purchased 1 year of fitkit membership plan of Rs.23180/- from Talwalkars Gym, allahabad civil lines Branch on 13.12.2018 and thereafter i am suffering from an issue that my mobile is not registered in fitkit growfitter app i also complaint this on my gym branch. My attendance is lapsing so please do something to help me and contact to the Branch concerned. Therefore, i hereby request to the Talwalkars gym help center to do needful in this matter and if you can't do anything in this matter please return my money back of the same amount.

Sir I'm doing exercise in your Agra branch gym last 6 year but now the atmosphere of that gym going to worse condition. Every one here is doing exercise for dominating other and I face lots of trouble while I'm doing exercise. Also I have fear about my safety also because that month I face two or three times threatened by others so sir im fully worried about my safety. So plz refund my money which I paid for doing exercise here.

I am member of Ludhiana gym. I have mailed a complaint before 2-3 month for cleanness and steam not working. Now my membership is not being renewed by saying that you are complianting.

I'm registered in Talwalkers, Eranakulam on 01.08.2019 and paid an amount of Rs. 9668 for 6 months package. But I am not able to attend any class till this date related to my Son's education. So kindly request you to refund the amount please.

We had purchased 1 year membership plan of Rs.9,500 / & 3 month 4 ,500- from Talwalkars Gym, Judges Bunglow Branch on 29.9.2019 and thereafter gym premises issue so gym will close till 1 month and nobody receive call nd give any correct answer.. nd I waste my time. I call branch manager radhika Desai she is not receive my call. Therefore, i hereby request to the Talwalkars gym help center to do needful in this matter and give back my paid amount of the same.

I have purchased annual membership from 08-8-2022 to 07-8-2023 at Talwalkars hifi, Gwalior, but because of renovation they have asked us for a break from 15-06-2023 to 15-07-2023 after there said date they have not been picking our calls and they are not responding to our message.

We have purchased membership because of your brand name. we request you to please look into this matte and tell your franchise owner to respond or refund our money. More than a 20 days have been passed they are not responding to any of our calls.
