Hello,

I am a member at Talwalkars Aashiana Lucknow. I have been coming to this gym for past 2.5 years. Earlier also there was some issue but was resolved. So again I deposited the membership fee for 18 months. But honestly i regret.

My reasons:
1. Very unprofessional behaviour of some trainers namely Neha/ Rohit/ Abhishek
2. Bitching about clients in front of members
3. No empathy absolutely passive even if i do a wrong exercise no one bothers.
4. Of lately due to some hectic work schedule i gained some weight n i am really struggling to cut down. All i m doing is on my own, trainers only help members who have taken PT,
5. There is a lot of discrimination between PT and non PT members.
6. Manager hardly bothers to come on floor
7. He is just confined to his room

The crux is nothing has changed or improved with lot of gyms in the area the brand should strengthen its reputation. I am sure once my membership lapses i will discontinue. Lastly there are no aerobic workshops / no saturday dj nights for workout as it used to be earlier. Whatever extra value addition is there finishes off by 6, so members like me who come after 7 can not avail anything.

Moreover in my package last year i could not avail many services like my package incuded Nu Form i hardly had 4 session. So talwalkar sucks a big time it is over selling on pretext of false commitments,

I had membership at Talwalkars goregaon west branch from 23/10/19 to 21/10/21. I had paid Rs 23700/- for that. The gym got closed after covid. I treid to contact them in all possible ways but no reply. I am still waiting for the amount. Really worst worst experience. I will never recommend this Gym to anybody.
