I have book hotel in nainital for 16 check in 18 vhrj8 out and have paid for deluxe category .... But when we reach hotel it is in pathetic condition and Even not look like standard category. They have charge us 6k approx but it is not worth of inr1500. the room decorations and lighting was giving me a horrible experience. I Even cant sleep at night because the room is so small and we were feeling suffocating in the room. We had to cancel the booking at mid night and booked for next day train. Picks has been uploaded of the hotel. I want my refund back.
