I am Tikona broadband customer and from the month of may 2015 i am not getting any connection. When i call them they are not even raising the complaints and saying it will fix within 4 hrs and 8 hrs like that. Its the worst internet service provider ever.

Very bad experience with your Tikona company, Very very poor services. Since the day of connection your Tikona service is not proper always disconnected and need re-logging. Always take much time to re-log, so many time takes 3-4 hours. always complains ans asked for Improvement, need your Technician to check the complains. Your call center person always said right now it is ok if again find problems than we generate complains. lost two months it was very worse not using properly, only time consumed. finally decided no more Tikona.......... Pl. disconnect -1116264924.

On the 11th April 2017 i have contacted your customer care for disconnection of your Internet Service and the reference number is 14714142552 and my Tikona customer ID is 1109348317. On 07.05.2017 i did the last and final payment of sum of Rs.544 and the transaction ID is (1109348317TPC120317205429) and further please don't send any bills and messages and phone calls from your end...

User id 1121660643. Worst experience with Tikona company and their services. Before 2 days i have took your connection but since that time i m not able to login properly always disconnected and need re-logging or showing limited in the network. always complains and asked for Improvement, but not getting positive response from you technical team or your field enginerrs also not pick a call. Your call center person always said right now it is ok from our side we generate complains engineer come and check it.

If you dont provide proper services so please dont make foolish . last two days i m totally fed up with tikona it was very worse not using properly, only time consumed. finally now i do not want to continue with tikona.......... so Please disconnect it.

My data is maliciously maintained, and no contact number is responded seriously. Most of the time in a day Internet access is shown disabled and therefor the the on line job, viz banking, payments of the bills can not be done in time. time is invaluable and you are forcing us to kill it. Now-a-days, very poor and unsatisfactory internet speed is noticed on User Id No.1119595579 since last 15 days. I have been left with no option other than get disconnect my connection. Unable to get good service over the period of last two years inspite many complaints, i have no option but request you to disconnect my internet from end of current billing cycle.and stop billing thereafter. refund deposits also current over due amount of rs. 605/-(paid rs.700/- round figure) paid by bharat coopbank miraroad branch cheque and same is put into drop box located at mtnl office located near chikuwadi link road junction borivali west (its skypack) box is having tikona digital name and logo to put cheque into it. cheque was dropped on 3.03.2018.. please check and confirm us.

Several staff members on calling us are told that box is having tikona logo and location too... if its not authorised, then kindly remove your logo from box as we are confused with it. on you advise needful will be done. my mobile 9322140998.

Please once again reminding of disconnection of your wifi service, as i already had conversation of your company representative through mobile for 2 to 3 times. that i had unable to get internet boardband service after many complaints and till date nobody has came to take your equipment's. so, please send any technician to remove.

Dear Sir,

We have problem in the service. Not getting signals. we have given complaint daily for the past 50 days. we were told of some issues in our area and attending to solve the problem. But nobody has turned up. Problem also not solved. Hence we switched over to another network after intimation. Last month, we paid the dues without any service.

This month also we had reminders for payment. Since we removed the tikona service, we will not pay the bills. This is for your information.

This is to get into your notice, that we have been using Tikona for a long time, but from past few months, we had been complaining about the speed problem and issues related with the connectivity. We have tried many times contacting the concerned person related to same, and no one has attended us properly and no issue was resolved.

This is to reference to my tikona conection. On 18/09/2018, i took ticona connection, i used only few hours and then started trouble. No internet connection till now over a 5 days. my problem is not resolved. My problem is when am logging it is coming as authentication failed reason( your service is disabled). seeking immediate response from your side for which you are highly appreciated. Otherwise i have to go legally through consumer form for the very poor service providing.

I have requested for 1109630258 address change, My internet is down for 15 days. Idiots people sitting at customer care, non technical Team sitted in Back End Team, hope list address update team providing service from NASA for address change.

Fooling customer in the name of business. I have requested for cancellation, I will not going to provide Hardware router which is the compensate internet down for 15 days. We will blacklist your organisation updating social so that no one should used your service.

Tikona the sucker please check my payment I have already paid my full amt 1400 and closed the connection now I am getting calls from bombay High court and Delhi high court. I am posting this conversation on Youtube how this people misusing the court name and make payment again and again. Which is already paid and closed. Today one fellow calling and threatening again. Posting all recording an youtube and facebook.. beware guys.
