Suspension of net connection inspite of balance and validity
Disappointed by the lack of response. Facing great difficulty without internet link. There is a data of 499 GB as on date and my a/c is valid till 18th April 2019.The last recharge was done on 19thJanuary 2019 for Rs 899. Though there is enough data with validity and with no money due from me ,my account has been suspended. I am facing a lot of trouble with out net connection. I am seriously considering legal action against Tikona, unless it is resolved within the next 24 hours.
Very bad speed
Dear Team, day by day the speed is reducing. current speed is dead slow.. I want the problem to be solved or else it will be tough to continue with you.
Tikona broadband asking money even after disconnection
After having very bad internet for 3 months I wrote Tikona to discontinue my service on 11 Jan 2019. Thereafter they are harassing me by making regular calls, and sending me various amounts of bills and legal notices. One bill came for Rs 1005.17, another Rs - 448.61, another Rs 474.56, another Rs. 375.72 another Rs. 356.56 another Rs 482.17 and so on.
After giving a complaint against them about 2 weeks ago Tikona people called me up and said all the pending bills were adjusted and there was nothing more to pay from my side. But unfortunately they are again sending me notice to pay pending bills. Their latest bill amount Rs 474.56 has no base because I have already paid all their bills for the period I have used their Internet. I also paid Rs 82/- on 24 January which their executive told me to pay as a final amount.
Yesterday I got a legal notice from Tikona that I have to pay Rs 1500/- in case I fail to return the modem to them. But the fact is that Tikona people have already collected their modem and all other accessories from my house about a week ago. After receiving their equipment they should ideally send me an acknowledgement of receipt but instead they are sending me legal notice to pay Rs 1500 towards the modem.
Withdrawal of the connection
The ever experienced worst service connection.
Poor connection
I want to close my connection and return my money.... otherwise I'll FIR on police station.
Poor/No network coverage
At wadikilla pin-424206 there is no network coverage, even for voice call.
Poor speed
Thanks for this kind of network, for downlaoding 300mb of file it took 72 hours. thanks u verry much airtel, keep it up. this kind of speed take ur company too far in business field. once again thank you!!!!
Non attending complaints
Sorry to inform you that as you have done all the digital works manual complaints are not attended by you nor you are giving any hard copy complaints on phone. I could not contact you even the complaints are with you for more than a day or two ,so pl let me know how to contact you or otherwise I will be forced to close my connection.
Discontinue my Internet service
Kindly discontinue internet service provided by you with immediate effect. i have been trying to contact you but no reply or acknowledgement. i will not be obliged to pay any bill generated by you as you already have my advance payment till December 2021 and i have not used your services since 01 November 2021.

Really fail to understand what is going on as practically every alternate day I have to complain regarding network issue , really there is something seriously wrong with just how your company work and practically everyone from my building has reported this
