I logged into my videocon d2h account through my registered mobile no. & OTP and it showed customer ID and I did recharge of 1000. After 6 days again received payment reminders and I called customer care and later found out that a wrong customer ID was showed on my registered mobile no. and my payment went to wrong ID. I sent mail 10 times but did not receive a single reply from their end. 10 days over and no replies.

I called customer care so many times & Answer from Customer care is "mail ki pratiksha kare, resolution ka koi time limit nahi he, iske baare me aapko koi jawaab nahi de sakte, mail ki pratiksha kare". My services got disconnected even after doing payment. Why did they link another customer ID to my mobile no.? I sent them screenshot also. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am also facing the same problem since last one week. Please suggest for another option if u goes for any service change. Totally want to change the service providers. Pls comment for my help.

Feeling problem with customer services. Not getting appropriate answer from customer care. Charge through Net banking for 6 month pack — 1800Rs.

Now money goes to some other accounts & suffering for getting them Back. No connection from last one week & no response on my written complaint & poor reply from customer care. Finally on recharging again for Rs.597; didn’t get my services resumed even after 7 hours of recharge.

Totally wasting of money in D2H

Thus is one of the worst d2h service it is not working still from yesterday night. If I call the customer care the will not pick or the will not talk with us the will ask unwanted.

I am trying to call both number toll free as well as 9115691156 and 18001370444 both numbers are giving auto recorded reply. I need to talk any of your service assistant as my service is not working.

Pls do contact to me my customer id - 177748236. worst customer service had done mistake in choosing Videocon DTH.... wish I had chosen another one.

Tried number Of time to customer care, each time saying id is not correct. Can't go ahead how to solve the problm. As read other reviews yes I can also say now Videocon d2h is horrible in service.

My customer ID is 215509612, at your site there is no option to change the basic plan, why do you display so many plans? no body ans at customer care no. Horrifying experience.

Very-very worst service. I email and call many time to customer care as I'd 171418976 but not respond by d2h company or its officer, i am really helpless. There is my d2h not working last 5 days and nobody help me... last chance to go consumer court or govt. authorities with evidence.

I charged my ID on 16.05.2018 on the official web site of this rotten service provider using my registered cell phone # for identification. The payment has been credited to an ID which is not mine and my service has been suspended. The same goof-up happened last month also and I had to raise a hue and cry before service was restored. This tantamount to MISAPPROPRIATION of payments to accommodate some other a/c. I was given a Service Request # 588557352 on 18.05.18 with a promise to resolve by 9.12 AM on 19.05.2018. No resolution till now. I have sent mails with screen shots as required. No reply. Every time I call, some new executive at the call center answers as if blissfully unaware of the issue. They claim that calls are recorded for quality improvement which is a JOKE.

The company must be sued for MISAPPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS (I FIND ONE SUCH COMPLAINT ON 02.05.2018) AND DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE CONTRARY TO AGREED TERMS. FOR PAYMENTS WE GET ANY NUMBER OF REMINDERS AND AFTER PAYMENT, WHICH IS SURREPTITIOUSLY DIVERTED TO ACCOMMODATE SOME A/C, NO RESPONSE.

I have to talk at telephone no - 1833952600 to settle my complaint and the number is disconnected again and again. How the customer question be satisfied?

Most of the customer care numbers are fake. Some of which gets connected, keep repeating the same IVR even if we press 9 to talk to the the customer care representative. so there is no way we get to talk to the customer care representative.. why have you even kept those customer care numbers then? Horrible and pathetic service, what a shame.

I tried on all possible numbers mentioned on V D2H site and on internet also including tool free: 1800-1370-444, 1800-1370-777 and etc all number says recorded message that my id and balance and dropped. They didn't dare to ask for other options except do you want to check your balance again. I paid for one month and my 1 day just wasted by seeing E100-4 message.

There is no genuine number to call customer care office. Every time i use to dial customer care number bt Its not connecting. What should I do? Videocon d2h have poor service. Yesterday I recharge my d2h plan but still services are not active. What kind of services you guyz are providing, now very soon m going to change. We were blindly trusted on Videocon d2h company but this is what vediocon d2h company giving us in return. Your making us fool.

Every 3 months setup box problem arrives and they will ask us to pay 1000rs for replacement. it is a worst service and you have to pay for it one day.

So many times called customer care number, no response for add channel no 413. mail also not working and no reply. waste d2h.

Very poor cs no response from Videcon dth and even after recharging I am not receiving sports channels.better to shift to there dth.

Unable to view channel even after subscription confirmation is received in mobile with amount deduction. Unable to reach customer care number. Have dropped a mail also.

Hello, if u want to buy d2h so change ur mood. Bcz the customer service is totally nil. They never pick the call and never mail u.
