Starting issue and no average
I am chasing with Vespa guys almost 4-5 months regarding Starting trouble and average issue. During their 1st test drive on mileage, it got received 5.5 KM in 100ml petrol but I never got more than 34/35 KM per litre actually. That was is still ok. But after fixing starting problem (It seems sort out but not sure when it reported again) this average goes down to just 26KM per litre and test drive on mileage reached to only 4.5 KM in 100ml.
After this, Vespa India has stopped providing support to increase the mileage and when I asked that If you do not provide any solution then I will take a legal action. Even after this, he answered shamelessly that you can freely do whatever you want.
Now my next step would file a case in the court and meanwhile, I will not advice anyone to buy any Vespa product.
Running off issue of my VESPA since last 3 years
Last 2017 to 2018 till 12 time vehicle is off in running I complained in every service but problem is not solve yet. I called several times to call centre. I tried to contact mr. Shubham he did not want to attend customer. Any body can help me?? In VESPA.
Service is very worst
Nobody cannot give me the response in Akb motors Trichy in Tamilnadu. Worst service and sales.
Rusting/Corrosion within one week of purchase
Good day.I purchased a Vespa SXL 125, white colour from Savirro motors, kovilambakkam, Chennai. I picked up the vehicle from the showroom on the 21st nov 2020. Within a week of purchase I started seeing corrosion spots on some of the chrome coated parts such as the
1) Front bumper
2) Rear bumper with foot rest
3) kick start lever
I took vehicle for my first free service on 11th dec 2020.Reported the issues to the service manager.No steps were taken to resolve the issues.
