Dear Sir,

We have purchased the vehicle VESPA EEGANTE on 05-06-18 in the name of SRI MAA ENTERPRISES, Madurai. Wide through the dealer GRAND MOTORS, Madurai. We bring the vehicle to Coimbatore just 220Kms away from Madurai. After completing 300Kms approximately, the vehicle has not started. We have informed the dealer as well as Toll free also. But there is no response.

Technician has come from PV motors Coimbatore. They checked the vehicle and told as to bring the vehicle to their showroom. And we send the vehicle at our own cost. Now the vehicle is in PV Motors only.

Please note that we have taken the vehicle on 5th June only. Immediately the fault has arisen in a week time. If it is the new vehicle the problem has araised in a week of time. Please take care of these things and give us feedback on this.

Dear sir,

I live in Dhule. I purchased VESPA SXL on 5 July 2018 from Dhule sub-dealer, Eagle Motors, Owner name Mr Naresh Patil. He is the sub-dealer of Auto-Lounge Pune. 1.5 months passed away, till he didn’t give us the documents such as Invoice, Rto registration etc. I did whole payment at the time of purchase. Inspite of several request to the authorised Dhule and Pune office, they have fallen on deaf ears. It is high time now. Vespa vehicle is good but, dealer’s attitude and network is very bad. There are 4 to 5 cases like this. They also bought the vehicles same day when I bought. We didn’t do Rto passing till the date.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I purchased Vespa LX 125 at price of 70000 in 2013 approximately 15000 dearer than market leader Honda activa with high expectations due to much hope around. But unfortunately I faced the following set of problems.

One of the worst experience to buy a product at a premium price. I even purchased an extended warranty of no avail.

Facing problems of spare parts. Dealership closes within free service period in Jalandhar.
No presence in entire Punjab including Chandigarh.
Engine problem, white smoke within 20000 kms. I complained the same repeatedly.

You finally reverted back and provided a Goodwill warranty and got the engine repaired through Bhawani Real tech Delhi. They took the engine first in November 2016 and to my surprise came back with engine still leaking. They then took the entire vehicle and came in a months time in the month of December 2016 claiming that the crank shaft and cylinder assembly has been changed. Now within a span of 1.5 year the same problem has reoccurred. Engine giving white smoke and engine oil depleting in no time. The vehicle is giving me a hard time and mental stress.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and please provide me a solution by the earliest.

Dear sir,

We have vespa scooter ( GJ5LC1354 ) has bought from your dealer Vespa Legency, surat. We used to done service by your dealer. but they could not deliver our vehicle in same day or next day, due to always they have mechanic staff issue. We used to given our vehicle, almost every 6 months, so we have taken AMC with oral condition as it is valid for 2 years. but now they reply, as it is only for 1 year. Which means they have cheated us, money is not problem, but this is matter of brand and company image.

In fact, company has to plan for appoint new dealer for service, so we can get better service. Please do favourably.

Hello sir.
I anand kumar Singhal from surajpur Chhattisgarh and I have purchased new sccooter vespa zx 125 and amount Rupess 1,25,000/- from dealer Shriram automotive. After completing 300Kms approximately, the vehicle has not started. We have informed the dealer as well as Toll free also. But there is no response.

So by past 75 days my Scooter had breakdown and I informed many time to your dealer for repairing but showroom has done nothing from last 75 days & Now they are demanding cheap money for repairs & my Scooter is new one driven Kilometre is 370. At last my complaint is 114639 in which from my side it full complaint goes to your showroom which has done fraud to me & in Scooter in which battery which is given is Duplicate. So, If Vespa company as problem to repair my Scooter then they will return me my money back which I payment to showroom 125000 and take your Scooter back..I did not know this type of fraud showroom in market.

So At last please give me suitable answers regarding my issue…I you can’t do nothing please say…I will go to another complaint office

Respected Sirs,

I have purchased a Vespa VXL 125 in May 2018 with an extended warranty till May 2022. The scooter had purchased from Key Motors, Cochin. Since the service was so poor and irresponsible, we had started with Always Motors. To our dismay they too started to be the same or even worse.

1. They never have required spares with them. The customers need to contact the other delears with whom spares are available and make arrangements for the same. Some cases we need to purchase and give them. If the dealer is not in the position to arrange required spares why they need to be kept as dealer. Also there are insufficient service centers, with just one or two, the customers how can get a good services.

2. The scooter was not able to get started as the battery was not getting charged do to the malfunctioning of the Voltage regulator ( RR. Unit) which they said. This same was replaced in the first week of October 2021. This month again it developed the same problem. So given for servicing and rectifying the mistakes. After repeated requests they finaly rectified and given after 10 days . But not accepting the extended warranty which is in force.

I cannot understand why these type distributors are kept and no deciplinary action taken.

With these type of attitude of the dealers, assure your scooters can't get good future.
From the comments above I understand it is a general problem with your releases, which indicates it the piaggio company problem which is manifested through the distributors.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

With the reference to above details, I Hareesh K. G, an independent Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor have attended an insurance claim of the above vehicle at Avaran Associate, Vespa, Kuriachira, Thrissur. In connection with the above claim, the shell comp of the subject vehicle replaced with new and the same is approved the insurer. But, the labour charge of the Shell Comp. replacement and other parts in connection with accident is exorbitantly high as compared to another scooter manufacture. So, I have sent mail to concerned dealer but they give the labour shedule so far. The insured have remitted whole amount to repairer. Under this circumstances, please give following details to settle the claim judiciously.

a) Authorised Labour shedule of Vespa Scooter, in Thrissur area.
b) Kindly provide the contact number details and mail id of Technical Service Manger ( TSM) in Thrissur, Kerala State
c) Labour Split up on the account Shell comp. renewing charge.
d) Fuel injector of the above vehicle is replaced with out getting prior approval from the insurer. Please provide TSM contact number to verify fuel injector damage.

Kindly provide the above details as soon as possible.

Note: The invoice of the above vehice is attached herewith for reference.
