I have taken Platinum package for two TVs. However, there is no signal since the wind storm. I have been contacting your Helpline personnel since 8:30 AM ,15.05.2018 & every time i am given a promise foe service within two hours. However, nobody has turned up to rectify the fault till now. The helpline people are giving standard replies like " we are sorry for the discomfort" & " we are trying to quickly fix the problem" etc. I am fed up of these delaying tactics.

It is matter of great concern that despite continuous followup & lapse of sufficient period my complaint has not been resolved. In summary, the story has been as follow:

On 07.04.18 a complaint of setup box made but attended on 11.04.18.He charged 400-for setup box & 225- as visit charge we had paid 625-. After short span of one week the same problem reoccurred and the system again stopped working. Meanwhile We had to go out of station for next two weeks. As such the complaint could not be lodged. Immediately on 03.05.18 we again lodge our complaint. The same has been attended on 08.05.18. in between I had to contact your customer care twice a day. It is a matter of great concern that your executive visited on 08.05.18 again charging Rs. 225-.

It is apparent that you have charged twice in a period of one month which is illegal and not acceptable. Taking cue to the entire episode, You are requested extend validity by atleast Two Weeks (in lieu of the period for which the system remained out of order) and cancel charges of Rs. 225.- I am sure you will pay due attention in the matter and take necessary corrective action to redress my genuine complaint.

Dear sir,

i make a call regarding a wrong information from your cce regarding pack price, as yesterday i called up regarding package change and i have talked with Ms. Manisha (cce), given me a wrong information she told me that i will get dhamaka pack on only199rs. As today i got the information that the info given from your cce Ms. Manisha was wrong. I just make a call to give complain so my call got transfered to Mr. Ayush (cce from buddy team). i told to take a complain against Ms. Manisha so he told that he has taken SR against the complaint, so naturally I asked the SR number but Mr. Ayush just disconnect the call and didn't give the SR num so I am very much disappointed from TATA SKY'S CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

I want just a action against the executive Mr. Ayush against the disconnection of the call.

Being an associate with almost 4 years with Tata-Sky it feels very embarrassed company like tata will do such wrong practice. i have paid the charges for both activation & dis-active of tata sky, after being informed by your representative that their will be no services charges for 1 month it will be in warranty period. When i called the services for signal was not coming properly only he just shifted the dish just near by in same premises for good signal. After completing the work they deducted the re-charge amt around rs.300/-. when i call them, representative told charges will be levied without giving full information.

I will be happy if my re-charge amount will be automatically get re-charged to my account. Otherwise or i will shift to some other company where this type of cheating is not done.

I shifted my family from Odisha to Vijayawada and took a new Tatasky connection with subscriber ID 1226147468 on 04/05/2017 with monthly access of Dhamal Pack of Rs.350/-per month. First few months it was OK and I used to get messages that " Tata Sky ID 1226147468 balance valid till --- date monthly rechargeRs.350 recharge your account now" before validity date. but last 7 to 8 months someone using my ID as every time I am getting messages " Your Tata sky balance valid till --- date recharge now with monthly charge of Rs.600". Then I complaint through toll free number and they say that you are having 2 set of box that why your monthly recharge amount is Rs.600/- but used to tell them Sir I am having only one TV and one setup box and every time I rechage with Rs.350 only you can check it at your end then they confirmed the same and asked me the DG COM number, then they disconnected the other no. immediately I get message of monthly recharge of Rs.350.

Every time after recharges I get message that your Tata sky recharged with Rs 350/- and valid till so and so date after some days again I get another message with different validity date. so many times I have complained but every time your your service personnel giving False assurance that we have disconnected next time this will not happen. I am already fed up with your services please guide me how to disconnect ID.

N1807261939318785 transaction ID of Tata ID 1041185065 paid from phonePe wallet on 26 July 2018 but still highlight on TV to pay it. Please check this problem.
