My videocon phone have one problem, the lock don't work. How repair it?

It makes me very sad to tell u that my experience with videocon was not good, infact it was a lesson. I buyed Krypton 3 mobile phone 6 months ago. Now it stopped working itself. Service centres numbers are fake in Himachal, they are not updated. No customer support. If u can do something then do quickly otherwise just shut ur company down. Goodbye.

I am trying to get a battery for my videocon z45 dazzle model phone. When i contacted maxbhi website they said the price was Rs.606. I ordered for the same and received a reply that due to some problems it was not able to deliver the battery. Now maxbhi says the battery price is Rs.733. I dont' know why? i have a videocon led under warranty my complaint is pending since 16 june 2018 nobody is replacing led part nor led. i have call 100 times to pillar to post but every body said part is not available. friends do not but any videcon product after sales services are very poor.

The Videocon smartphone (Model: Z45Q Star,Prod Version: MOBV45BD2Y-06S0FA3) was delivered (to me) by ECOM EXPRESS Executive08046809000 PIN57144 (code to refuse-716644) & RS.4299/- was received (from me). The phone was not as per my order & I was several verbal complaints to phone No.02268662781. At last, written-complaints were submitted to Customer Support (No. 09883467412) & verbal reply received to refund money to me. Other number of Customer Support want my ATM to cheat. In case of refund, I can forward my SBI A/C No.11884636027 (IFSC-SBIN0009844) to you. Otherwise, you may replace the Smartphone by a perfect Smartphone (of high battery capacity).
