I bought the videocon mobile v451720 at 02December 2016. The battery had weaked on the month of April 2017. Then, i went to the service centre and ordered for the battery. Till, now i didn't get it. Every time, the service centre members said that, we had not received the battery from the company. Sir, without spares why do u release the mobile phones? kindly, release the above mentioned battery as earlier.

Sir, I am your customer preached phone in month 06/11/16 ime no- 911518650340606. I tried two service centre's for display screen of Videocon V50jG, but I dint get it. please can you help me to get this display in secunderabad or Hyderabad.
