The support staff of Makemytrip are not trained well and are rude during conversation. I wanted to cancel a ticket but they didnt talked properly with me.

We are planning to go to Coorg in June this . And want to get three rooms booked from June 13 for two nights. Please help in this.

I booked a cab on 2/6/18 for traveling from Haridwar to Mussoorie on 3/06/18 wise Id No:770297957460947 and also paid Rs.430/ wise Reciept no.31428324. In this connection There was a message delivered to my mobile that all information about cab and its driver will send you two hours before your commencement of journey. Then on 3/6/18 no any message from their side on probable time about information of cab and its driver. After I connected with representative she was simply denied about my confirmed deal and artificially apologized not more then this. I was in trouble to manage my trip and lastly i have to spent more money for arrangements.

I already send message through Whatsup and mail about said but till date no any response from your side. Kindly return my paid amount and try to understand about harassment due to failure of confirmed deal.
