Difficulty in online renewal of policy
I am not able to renew my Medical Policy No. 106006501510004972. Every time when I attempted it is showing that "you contact Policy Issuing Office." Kindly examine your system and confirm the reason why it is not possible to renew on line.

Claim for mobile phone
My samsung mobile (IMEI No 357926068028732) was insured with National Insurance Company from date of purchased 11th June 2015. The mobile was stolen on 1st march 2016 thus information was given on mail id info @wiaservices.com on same day and claim form with all required documents were also submitted latter on. When ever i enquired the response was case is under progress.Now on latest enquiry they said the case is closed.I could not understand how the case is closed without any inquiry and information to me.
Kindly Find the facts how the person who took this decision can do this without any message and reason given to me. Take necessary action and my claim of stolen mobile be given to me.
