Today I have visited Branch no -310304 at Vadodara,for renewal of broada health policy no - 310304501710003104 and i have moved with my papers for about 04 no tables to gets verify, remarks and signed by officer and spent @25 to 35 minutes.. and than finaly gets policy. I have requested officer at table no 02 to enter my mobile no and e mail id on policy. they denied and asked that this will done at next renewal and told me that why it has not been entered/registered at the time of first policy. It is our fault?? why they denied that i don't know... while other agency and banks are must ask for mobile no and e mail id. I think your officer/s should have a practice to check and verify mobile/email id for each and every customer..... While with every form and renewal notice I have provided mobile and email id, but no body has take care for that and when i request them they denied. thanks. Haresh Pandya Customer ID No-9526846326.

kind to information My Car Policy No 360200311710000590, Car No DL o4C AJ 6731 is Exeident in UNA distt in HP Date on 18/04/2018 , I inform at your office same time & your Local Office in UNA HP. But I can't receive my insurance claim My file No is 65705/200. I went at your Office Jhandewalan four time. but Mr Perveen Kumar mob.8392954309, he demanding communication ten thousand on world, and he hold my payment. sine one month fifteen days, this person is not good beehive r and not comparative us. my car repair by your UNA Office and send the bill Delhi office for claim. I request you to act for this problems,

Dear Sir,

This is for your information that I am facing problem in taking your policy. I have left my car in motor craft service center, Noida on 06-12-18 for insurance claim. After 30 hours national insurance surveyor has survey car & rejected the claim. When I have contacted him, he said that all information you will get from national insurance office. I have also called in customer support & office branch, no one has helped me till now. Finally I have taken my vehicle from service center. My policy is zero depth policy. I am waiting from last three days for the response.

Your team has very bad support, I am contacting from 3 days no one is responding. Please take proactive. action to resolve this issue. I will be waiting for your positive response.

The fraud of Rs178149.86 was reported by Bank of Baroda on 23/6/2023 to Mr. Prakash Dhawale saving account no. 76410100002838 and blocked my card to save my money.

The disputed money was credited to my account and blocked up-to 90 days. The claim submitted to your company, National Insurance was rejected for the reason "The customer left the card in the machine unattended and went Indians Bank to complain. "
This is shown as " absence of care by customer". Is it logically correct?
The case was closed by "No claim"? The looks funny n not acceptable.

Bank had called and reported over mobile about the fraud then how can company says, it is not fraud. What is the definition of fraud? When the card was inserted the money was not coming out. He waited but the money and card could not come out. He tried to pull the card but blocked. What else he could have done? He left the card in machine and run away to Bank of ATM, Indsund Bank. Is it a negligence?

Since this a fraud n uotiRs5.00 lace the money is insured, you cannot reject the claim and the amount credited to his account cannot be recalled without his consent.

When the claim comes to your company, you search for loopholes but runs for the business from Bank. We will go to logical rans to get back the money by reporting to police, Ombudsman, consumer grievances cell, news papers n all banks who took insurance from you.

Please settle my claim, consulting with Bank or otherwise the matter will published in TV news.
