PNR NO 2715675399, Malwa EXPRESS 12920 confirmed ticket were cancelled on 24 Oct 17. But I am not getting my refund. I am also trying the customer care for irctc, but no response. Very bad experience.

Booked tickets are not cancelled. please help and activate our service.

PNR no.6108328722 train no. 13381 from VSKP TO MAS 0N 18.11.2107 for travel on 19.11.2017 waitlisted ticket cancelled Vide ID 100001055761277. The refunds column it shows a sum of rs 670 was refunded on 22.11.2017 but till date the amount is not credited to me. kindly check and expedite the refund to me.

PNR No 4438186241 booking in train No 22640 chennai exp, date 12 Nov 2017, time 23.00, the booking is cancelled.that amount is not refund my account. so pls refund my mount in my account No 33216223421. travelled 2 person.

I had booked a ticket from SBC-MYS by Train No. 12007 for Journey date on 28.11.2017 for 01 passenger i.e. self. The transaction reflected as failed and the transaction ID is 100001065880868 and the date of booking is 27.11.2017 and the amount is Rs 305.90. It is with deep anguish that i would like to state that i have not yet received my refund into my bank in spite of 06 days having elapsed. Hence i request you to kindly credit the refund amount which is due to me at the earliest and oblige. hoping for an early and favorable response from the care team of IRCTC.

I was booked date 25/11/2017 Patna junction to new Delhi. While transaction time accur error coming. Tickets not booked but money deducted from my account. My transaction Id is 100001064105300. So I want refund to my account immediately.

Wrote tnpsc group 2, 4 and VAO but i had not passed. My father is an ex-serviceman from Army. I have military cotta to join in state or central government job. Me writing TNPSC exams but i had not passed. I came to know that there is vacancy for military cotta for the army men childrens. I like to be an officer in railway department. Will u help and guide me to join as an officer in our Railway department. Sorry to ask you by this way.

7 November all family members travel PNR no 6405222942 Barauni to new delhi but this train late 7 hours. my next linked train PNR no 2816496775 departure Nzm railway station. I cancelled my ticket all amount deducted my defense person secundrabad. please credit my amount my all ticket are invalid for journey.

I lost my irctc login id and password both. So please send me both to my email box.

Can i book handicapped ticket from IRCTC?

Indian railway facilities in toilet and washbasin is very bad condition. Train TT is not responding. My PNR NO 6308999629. B4, 44 SAMTA EXPRESS.

I have gone to the chief reservation supervisor moore market complex chennai. I gave all the necessary documents and the change of name form duly filled to change the name age and gender as P.R.Venkatesh 55 years and Male from Aruna Venkatesh age 50 female for PNr No.4436804396 for tickets booked by me online for journey to be performed on 30.12.2017. Inspite of my giving all the needed documents when i check the pnr status it shows only age changed rest of the details remains unchanged. kindly let me know when it will get changed or will the change will figure only in the chart.

I booked my ticket on 04 Dec and I cancelled it on 26/12/2017 but I didn't get my refund money.PNR NO -4551235603.

I booked my ticket on 2.1.2018 and concelled in on day but i didnot get my refund money tii date kindly see the matter. raipur to nzm date 7.1.2018 amount 1505 pnr. no.6309875328 and nzm to raipur date 9.1.2018 amount 1485 pnr no.2502979421.

I have booked 2 tickets through online and journey from Bengalore to Guwahati the thing is that money has debited from my account and I didn't get ticket not only the ticket Booking id etc till now just after deduction it's shows error. Please check as i have done tickets booking for my parents on 18/01/18 and payment of rs.1327.61*2=2655.22 rs total debited from my HDFC bank account and Credited in IRCTC thru paytm but tickes not booked so i have done thru my DEBIT CARD and got booked tickets but rs.2655.22 has not got refunded in my bank account so request you to please check and do the needful for refund in my account and do the needful.

i have forgetted my user name but i know my registered mobile no. & email id, so i want know that how can i find my user name.

my user id is bang916. i was tried to book ticket, ticket was not booked but payment of Rs975 was deducted from my amount. transaction id was 802505427578. please check and refund my amount.
