I have purchased cg water motor from seelampur for post offices use but the motor could not run and water not being store for our staff. whenever we contact dealer said that motor is order what should we do this is very poor performance of the company product and poor response of dealer. Cost of 3920 1hrtz power motor installed at seelampur post offices delhi 110053 telephone no 01122825889 purchased on 30 -05-2017 and pl it may be replaced as soon as possible postmaster seelampur. Else we will lodged complaint to consumer forum against the defective water motor. mob 8130166070.

Hi, i mohammed khaled from lb nagar, hyderabad, telengana. i have purchased a crompton riviera hi-speed ceiling fan on the above dated :- 3-10-2016. now fan has jammed & it is not working. i called to customer care toll free number many times but i din't got any response from him. i m requesting u to clear my issue as soon as possible other wise i will raise the complaint in hyderabad consumer forum & i will sue on crompton company. my number is :-+91-9701849254.

I purchased a pump from cuttack dealer but my pump not working properly. I have complained to customer care on 27/05/2017 but till today no technician contact me. My problem was not solved. When I purchased this pump the dealer told that service will provide within 48 hours. So l try to go consumer court. My complain no 1706017162 & 1706017163.

Dear Customer Care,
I purchased a Crompton Aura ceiling fan on 16.02.17. I was charged Rs.2250 for that particular product. There was a golden fiber plate at the edges of the body. But within four months the golden fiber plate got broken while the fan was running. A broken part was hit my mom's head like a bullet. I want an immediate replacement of this kind of inferior parts. I will contact with consumer forum if I do not get any positive response from your end.

I had register complaint of water pump vide complaint no.1707014103, motor stop working within one month period. service team attend the call, while service they found on terminal is damaged, they removed the damaged terminal but did not install new one to support the motor, when i asked them to install they said that this is a waste part, when i insist them they started misbehaving. they clearly said that you can complaint any where we don't care.

I was quite surprised with the attitude and i don't think that company like crompton greaves doesn't know the value of customer and to maintain the professional attitude towards customer. if i don't found action over it i will never buy any product in future of this company and will aware others also to not buy any product of crompton.

Hoping a quick action over this.

Dear Sir,
I Sandeep Chhabra had bought a sewage pump of Cromption for Rs. 18500 from Delhi Electric Co. , Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi in December 2016. I was told that this pump has a replacement guarantee for One year.

On June 15th 2017 this pump stopped working and we had to send it to the service center near Iskon Temple, booked under receipt number 3802 dt. 15/6. Its been 4 weeks and they have not returned the pump nor they can give me any answer as to when will it returned. They gave me a few contact numbers to call and there has been no response on these numbers.

I request you to kindly replace this pump for me soonest possible ad i am one of your unhappy customer , otherwise i will never be able to buy any crompton product .

16 inch FIZZ AIR wall mounted fan dont oscillate properly. cable is erroneous. previous one time your serviceman came but this time not came. purchase date-9.7.16.

Service request no #1709021053.

customer service are very bad... they promise to attend the call in 48 hours but mine was attended after one week that is after i gave them follow up to them... for that also i have to launch the complaint twice. Complaint no. 1709073588 and 1709112942.

After that he came and repaired but only after working for 1 hr it stopped working and calling him he said there is issue with motor. so even after knowing the issue he did not resolved and just temporarily repaired and went off. I wont buy any Compton products.

My water cooler motors burn after purchase of one month and One year complete but no one take responsibility of it. Service providers telling us company not providing motor still. So any one tell us who is responsible for it. How we trust cromton company.

Very worst product. Dont even think to buy. I have repalced it for 4 times within 10 months.

I purchased my water geyser in Noida, Sector-09. it has been not working properly (low pressure of water from tap). I complained to customer care. They sent a person and he told that he has NO proper tool will come after half an hour. He took the copy of bill and code No. of complaint lodge but still he don't back the ..... person cheated. Crompton is the worst company.
After Sale of service -10 point out of 10

I have got a submersible motor but its not working at the moment. I once have repaired with the dealer itself and its broken down again. I am already fed up with this. So kindly take it as a complaint and solve the issue as soon as possible.

Respected Sir / Madam,

Subject : Worst after sales Service with in warranty period.

I the undersigned have purchased a ‘VENTILUS’ ventilating fan from one of your dealer namely ‘M/s, Jyotish Chandra Saha’ Motor stand, Agartala, West Tripura on 02/01/2018 vide the product serial no – PFGIB012415, Challan no – 1281. I have installed the same implement on my new building on 25/02/2018, but unfortunately it has stopped work on 26/02/2018.

Then I communicate with your dealer and made a complaint to your toll free no - 18004190505 on 28/02/2018 by the respective direction of your dealer. With in 30 minutes the said implement has taken by your company person. Side by side we have received three massage to my mobile no – 9774344527 as follows –
1. Dear Customer, Your Unique Happy Code for service Req 1802125391 is ________. Share Happy code to technician only after satisfactory completion. Crompton. (Date –28/02/2018, Wednesday. 2.32 P.M)
2. Yours Complain no – 1802125391 will be attended by SURAJIT’S MOBILE CARE - 09774300620. (Date – 28/02/2018, Wednesday, 2.32 P.M).
3. Your Complain no – 1802125391 is resolved. Hope the repair is done as per your satisfaction. Please call back 18004190505 incase of any assistance. (Date – 28/02/2018, Wednesday, 6.03 P.M)

Now, the first grievance is, the contact no of your service center, SURAJIT’S MOBILE CARE - 09774300620, is false and fabricated, as a reputed company it is very shameful to harrse the customer by providing the false contact number.

Secondly, as per your massage if my implement has been ready after necessary repair, then why it has not been delivered to the customer as per norms and has informed by the pick up person of your company. It is a clear example of, negligence in service by such a reputed company. I hope that your authority will take this matter very seriously and will do the needful as per norms. I have personally tried my level best to communicate with your authority over toll free no, but I failed and bound to write this grievance as such .

I was informed that there is no service for Emotron AC drive vss23 which was part of cake mixing machine purchased from excel bakery equipment pvt ltd Bangalore. due to emergency for replacement the same product was exchanged for a new one of the same model and installed at a price of 10500. i request you to inform me if your product has no service at all. so that i can change the drive to a much more reliable company.
