The fan bearing is making lots of sound.

I have registered a complaint on 17.08.2018 that my newly water pump purchased last week not working. But my complaint has been dropped or cancelled without my notice or knowledge, I am still suffering.

My fan does not work at full speed. Please inform me how to log a call for CG fan in warranty period.

I have purchase recently WIND MILL TABLE FAN ONE in Chennai Villivakkam and I purchased Same Model in 2010 it is running v v good with out any service RPM EXCELLENT. The New one which is purchase on 04.09.2018 RPM IS too low and wind is very very low and more over the your increase the price and QUALITY IS VERY VERY POOR. THIS IS FOR YOUR INFORMATION.

I bought instant electric water heater ( crompton solarium DLX IWH03PC1) on 03.02.2019 .Since few days we observed water is leaking from the water heater.So kindly log a call and resolve the issue asap.I tried to call your toll free number (1800 4190505) several times but seems it’s not working also tried your Kolkata number(033 22488911)but no response.

Your CSR Waheeda answered the call and she is in a hurry to hang up the call rather answering my queries with patience. She took my address and said service guy will call you and fix it in 48 hours have a good day bye.... Is this is the way they are trained ? Please recruit candidates who have some common sense and patience. this is not customer support. This is called as Rude support. change your toll free to Rude support number.

Afore said Water motors complaint attended by sharma electricals on 20/06/2019, but after, no person visited to repair the motor. Sorry to state that crompton service is very poor in chandigarh.

Customer service is worst. We are not going again to opt in for any Crompton Greaves products ever.

मैंने आपके कंपनी का 1.5 hp का समरसेबल पंप 31-08-2020 को ख़रीदा, पर काफ़ी दिनों स्टार्टर मे हैवी आवाज़ आ रहा था जिसका मैने 18004190505 टोल फ्री नंबर पर कम्प्लेन किया तो पता चला कंपनी कोरोना काल मे कम्प्लेन दर्ज करने मे असर्मर्थ है, इ मेल पर भी दो बार कम्प्लेन दर्ज कराया पर कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिला,, क्या कंपनी ने कोरोना काल से अभी अपने प्रोडक्ट बेचना बंद कर दिया है

I have registered a complaint No. 2011037478 on 07 Nov 20 which was attended by rep of ND Electronic Mr Aasis on 08 Nov 20. He said that unique happy code is required to demand the spares from company and than defective valve will be replaced in 3, 4 days. Since than, many times I have called them. But neither they are completing the incomplete complaint, nor they are refusing. Please do the needful for the same and redress my grievances to avoid further litigation.

Bad service, technician of this co are bad . they not suitable for this job. Star electric & service very bad service center in Kolkata, west Bengal.

Worst customer care service in the world where one service centre transfer complaints to another service centre without intimating neither aggrieved party nor Crompton main customer service cell. Nobody is accountable to anybody and customer suffers.

I live in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and have been having a harrowing experience with Crompton Greaves service. It's the month of December and I had placed a complaint on mobile on the 9 th. I was promised help immediately but no one turned up. I called all numbers provided repeatedly. With no one providing support and the office personnel Priya was her name, did not respond to calls. I some how managed to reach one person Manikandan who informed the ASM, Nithyanandam about the long pending complaint of mine. After that and another delay of 1 week they sent parts that were old and used. The technician trying to fix it burnt the wiring and broke the plumbing lines in the process.

The whole unit caught fire leading to our worrying about our own safety. Nithyanandam the ASM sent someone once again with old spare parts agreeing to get the plumbing repaired but the wall had to be broken. When I brought up the fact that the parts were old inspite of them saying they would be ordering for spares and replacing them, Nithyanandam challenged me to take it up in court. Kindly help and advice me on whether I should take it up in consumer protection council.
