I have ported my mob. no. 9387111110 to jio bofore 3 months. From the the 1st day itself understood that there is no sufficient signals at my location and so contacted the customer care section. They have informed me to set up LTE and VOLTE etc. and also said that one new Jio tower will start functioning @ Vembalathupadam on Vaniyamkulam - Chalavara road within a few days and later I understood that this start functioning only after 5 or 6 months. Then the customer care section informed me that another tower near to the Vaniyamkulam Grama Panchayath office as well as Nehru Nursing college, Vellarampara road will start functioning soon. But nothing happened and as result still the coverage problem exists.

Today the customer care section says that in my area only 850 range ie. weak signals are available and so I have to change my Samsung J5 phone and to purchase another mobile to get sufficient signals. No! sir it is not possible. Now my plan date ends on 11-01-018. Unless getting the correct information that when the signals/ net work coverage will be available in my samsung j5 phone and then only I have to decide whether I have to continue with Jio or to port my mob. no. to some other mobile operator. Kindly give me the correct information related to the problem as early as possible positively please.

Sir, I am at Odisha the network spped is very bad.I am complaining in min 3months but your service centre has not solve the issue.Yours customer care office management is very bad in Odisha, so some people has changed jio to others network. so,it problem has not solve in 10 days I will be changed your net work.

I am old jio customer but my residence village Gothra tehsil sapotra district karauli rajasthan jio network coverage is nil. so can't use jio services my jio mob is 9167399074 if jio services not starting till 31march 2018 i am porting my jio mobile number in this conditions.

Jio internet service are not so speedy 4g as it was at free period... I am not satisfied with its speed at all.

i have jio phone i am recharge top up rs 100 because it is not working out going call please transport that pack voice calling.

Jio is self made we accept it but Jio TV only works on Jio network is your stupidity, your network is not social, all other networks are accessible to all the apps available in our mobile phone. Your network is not like iPhone, if our daily 1GB data completed then how can we watch Jio TV without extra recharge. You should give access to Jio TV with other networks also. Hope you understood my point. Thanks

Please note that I haven been using JIO since March 2016. and it was working OK till Novmber 17. After that I am unable to make call or use internet due to non availability of connectivity. So I have decided to show my SIM at your service centre at Chittaranjan park, and they said any SIM is damaged and need to be replaced. After that on 16th Jan I have replaced /purchased a new SIM (SAME NUMBER) and they have promised me that it will start within 1 hour. But now after 20 hrs. it is not working and i am unable to call or connect internet. I tried to contact your customer care but there was no one to pick the line.
Kindly do the needful.

Hi, my name is vikram mohite I am using ur service last 1year approximately & I am calling customer care to solved my problem but they people does not solved my problem so I am sending my problem through mail. so my problem is that ki first 1mb to 500mb speed is 4g after 500mb to 1gb it's work 3g why it's happened I don't under stand.I pay to relience company rs. 500/_ for 3 month's &1 gb data per day but company gives 500 mb data per day.if u r not giving proper data (1 gb per day @ 4g speed) stop my service give me back my rs.500/_ wich I am paing to relience company . Otherwise start my data properly .so reply as soon as possible.
