Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am your very old customer of National Insurance company since 1984. I have one claim of my own car Indigo eCS JH05AT 0935.This is my first claim in my life.

I am not getting my claim amount of Rs.11800 due to some IT related technical problem of Jamshedpur, Bistupur Branch. Since last three months I am harassed by the officials and agent they are telling Ms. Meghna Bara of IT department of National Insurance company is not doing her job that is why lot of customers are suffering the same problem since long and nobody is taking care. I have requested Ms. Meghna Bara over phone but she is reluctant to this issue.

Therefore I request you to kindly solve the technical IT related problem of Jamshedpur.Bistupur branch office so that I can get my claim amount at earliest.
