Health faucet - pin of the lever has come out. I have purchased just 20 days back. Please resolve.

The somany bath fittings have rusted in less than 6 months of purchase from the authorised somany dealer in agra viz: shilpi bath decor, although i have been cleaning them only and only by the somany cleaning spray solution. the plumber fitting in my other bathrooms are still far better than the somany faucets. it is a pity that a company which is so new in the world of bathroom fittings is providing such poor quality products to the customers, with prices nearly at par with jaquar and the likes.

I purchased Knight model WC from Sachin Garg Asoka Encl Faridabad-121003. As read in booklet it was 9" but while fitting in bathroom it was found 11". However it was fitted with halfset. As per need a small cut was made in the sheet cover for fitting jet set.. A leakage was observed. Complaind was made which was attended on the same day i.e. 25-07-17. However It was replaced by Jupiter model. The dealer took Rs.1800 due to small cut in the sheet. Besides I paid double charges for fitting due to wrong information provided by Somany booklet. Hi, I logged complaint stating water leakage i think 6 months before but your executive has come for 3 times not able to rectify the issue. Need to be consider issue very seriously since its long time issue is pending not bothered to solve. Today again i logged today -89774 ID. Pls need your support since other wise it creates bad word of mouth.

My humble request for u, i purchase from anand marble shop. Nd my maximum tiles is already broken in company packet. So what i do tell me, if u r no take any action with my issue then I complained forward your company in court.

Commode flush system is defective. I have registered complaint lot many times. But no solution has been achieved. It is such a daily necessity , and everytime i see somani commode i feel cheated by such a big company. U must replace it. U must create the brand value, rather than degrading ur image.

A replacement be given asap as i have already faced a lot of inconvinience. Show sm self respect regarding ur products and dont cheat innocent people who believe and kept their trust in u. Save me from everyday hardships and water wastage due to ur faulty commode.

I purchased flush tank and English toilet but flush always leakage, Somany very bad product. Not any service against complaint.

Bought the Jupiter model in Chennai Om-Serma hardwares Thiruvanmiyur and there is manufacturing defect beneath the tank and water is leaking from the un-proper finished moulding. As the molding defect is under the tank we able to see the water seepage after the installation only. Need full replacement and the cost for fixing it. Not as quality as Parryware. Thought of saving some extra thousands and bought this brand. But the cost saving resulted in a poor quality. Need a replacement immediately. made an online compliant# 119166. Others please dont buy this brand.

I purchased somany bathroom tiles from "Yashas Ceramics" Shop No.1 & 2, Hosur Rd, Garvebhavi Palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068.

My bathroom size is 7×4, we requested to bill for 150 Sft. They have not billed as per my requirements. During the delivery they had not issued the goods as per bill. Later when i notice they are asking to bring items with your own cost to the shop get exchange.

As explained above, we are waiting for your immediate attention in resolving the following issues:

1. As per my requirements you have not provided correct numbers of tiles each i.e.
Dark : 31
Light: 22
HL : 22

You have missguided by proving wrong counting i.e
DARK ....36 PICES LIGHT.......24 PICES H L....15 PICES

2. You failed to deliver the tiles as per bill quantities.

They also charged more money which need to be returned.

My bathroom worked stopped in between lack of sufficient counting I have informed many times but no any resolution yet. Many items were damage we found when we open the box. My work is almost stopped.

I have bought the pathroom fixing items in somany brand. I have fixed it in our office. But i have fixing the time to now days in water is leakage from our path room, water is more loss of there, so now i have register the our compliant through customer care office, so resolve this problem.

Water leakage of flash system purchased last month.

I purchased single piece English commode seat yesterday. Today when my plumber fixed it,the water continue to flow. Please look into it.It is a manufacturing fault.

I already raised the compliant : 19323 but no response from Somany.

I have taken wall hang and its flush system is defective from the start of purchased. Water continuously leakage and sometimes it is not functioning. i don'y know what is happening, but we are facing issues from first day.

Since the damage reported on the month of May, no one responded for the replacement rather that keep telling will be replaced. Very bad and irresponsible company and its dealers, recommended not to buy any items in future. Salman Khan stay away from the ads.

We purchased flat recently in Sai Pearl Pimple Saudagar pune. After using somani flush tank, got to know that water continue to flow n doesn't stop until one presses the flush button again. I am a govt servent ,and purchased somany tiles from your dealer located at Jhiripani, ROURKELA-769042, DIST-SUNDARGARH, ODISHA. On delivery, we found that fifty percent floor tiles are broken.My daughter requested the shop owner sri BHOI babu, but he misbehaved today 16.05.2020. Requested to enquiry and give us justice. further such type of behavior of somany dealer definitely tarnish somany brand and image.

They may think for shifting to other brand. This problem started when the dealer forced us to take SUNHEART BRAND Tile, but we denied and insisted for somany brand. sir, confidentially you may verify the stock of that brand tile too. MY mob no-7328840010, for contact and clarification if any.

We purchased Somany Water Tap One of then are now defective, water flow does not stop. Somany does not seem to care for the products once sold. There is no after care service. Please treat as urgent and sort out the issue.

I buy closet from ottappalam 4homes showroom. I never use that closet. From start leakage water. I complained three times. Always different people came to rectify it. They told washer will change, i ordered the washer from company. But no further development. Toilet closed 6 years. Very bad experience.
