Behaviour of Staff
To Vespa Customer Care,
I visited one of your Vespa Showroom near lalbagh Road (Square Auto) to purchase new vespa vehicle and I was looking the vehicle & impressed to buy SXL when i went to pay the payment i saw some of the staff was (Boozing Alcohol) in the cabin around 4 person on Sunday 26th Nov. So i that not to purchase the vehicle in this dealer & i went back, i that not to complain, if i never raise the complain the same will be repeating for all customers.
So please look in to this complaint seriously.

Engine complaint in my Vespa of AP 09 CV 1235
Dear Sir,
1) I have purchased Vespa on my wife name (MOUNIKA MADDIPATI , Registration number AP 09 CV 1235)
Four years back from SMART VESPA, Jublee Hills, Hyderabad.
After some period with out notice to customers the show room is closed and not responded even my physical visit.
2) we have noticed that there is some Engine Noise, and informed to pick up man, they said it is resolved , the sound after service but engine noice repeating after two or three days after every service since all this after purchase of Vespa.
3) Last week on the way I have noticed the VARMA VESPA AND VISITED ASKED ABOUT MY VESPA SEVICE, they said bring vehicle, requested the pick up man and picked up the vehicle and checked and informed that there is complaint in Engine ,need to open the Engine and check and do the need full to your Vespa , will costs Rs:15,000/- to Rs 20,000/- approx.
4) I have stunned, surprised and requested why this much amount. Mr Praveen explained about this complaint and I requested him to discuss with technical team of VESPA and do the needful. PRAVEEN communicated in conference with Sri Narahari , it is not in warranty , this cannot done by them.
5) at Every service time we have requested regarding the Engine Noice to Pick up and Drop Man and there is no proper service from the show rooms till know and they did not notice the complaint.
6) In these four years I have travelled by this Vespa an Average driven around 11,000 kms since purchase of the vehicle , in every month average of 230 kms approx and daily 8 kms approx. WITH THIS TYPE TRAVELLING ENGINE GETS SOUNDS / Damage of ENGINE.
7) I have a doubt that if there is a problem in the Engine? Why your persons / Smart Vespa / Shreya Vespa show rooms are doesn’t noticed? And there is no proper technical trained persons by VESPA / PIAGGIO ,
Know they are Saying by that warranty is not there, I have never recieved any call from customer care OR ADVISE TO GET EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM ANY ONE FROM VESPA. EVEN I AM IN THIS CRUCIAL SITUATION YOUR SERVICE PERSON IS NOT TRIED OR ADVISED. AT PRESENT THE VEHICLE WITH VARMA VESPA SHOW ROOM CUSTODY ONLY.
So please do the need full immidiatly, if not will check with court of law.
