I have given Lenovo tab in Lenovo service centre, Nagpur on 16th August 2014, because of the damage on screen. They haven't given the tab till now. They haven't fixed it not giving it back.. this is the worst experience and I m very upset due to this. I want you look into the matter asap.

Hi. I purchased a lenovo tablet on 23-05-2015 from a shop. But after purchasing i came to know that its warranty period has started from 22-01-2015 .. And the person who has sale it to me has already purchased it online from snapdeal. Now i want to know that for the remaining warranty period which bill will be valid for it? The one i got from him on 23-05-2015 or the one which he has got already from snapdeal?? Plz reply as soon as possible.

i Have took a lenovo tab A3300 GV tab. before 5 months ago, now i got damage screen of the tablet and visited the your service centre regarding the display but they are not providing ,any solution from last 15 days and they are saying only..... sorry we dont have quotation now , there is no product availability, there is no revert from lenovo so and so...... so pls give me the right solution.

The tablet, Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30 was not functioning properly since I bought one week back all process had stopped Lenovo launcher had stopped, play service had stopped. what to do?

I updated the android system to 5.0.1 which came after one year after I bought the lenovo tab S-8 50 LC. Then the problem started. Now I can't copy/move/create anything in the SD card (which is working good in other devices) and in pen drive connected through OTG. I think I need to take this to consumer forum n make this an issue on social media platforms. This is ridiculous lenovo, I didn't expect this type of service from you.

I gave my tablet in the service center in Nagpur (Milap electronics, ambazari road, sitabardi, nagpur) for problem regarding tab screen become black and white and colour does not appear. I gave tab for servicing in the warranty period but up till now the tab is not gave back to me. so please do the needful and provide the info regarding delay in service.

I had given my Lenovo Phab2 plus for repair on 21/11/2017 to an authorized customer service centre. I had issues with the led screen , microphone and mic . It's past 1 month still they are telling they have not got the spare parts. The phone is covered under warranty service. I request you to please return me back my Rs 15,000/- back if you are not able to repair it. . Kindly do respond. I have used so many brands of phones. But Lenovo Service is the worst of it all. Why do you come up with products if you don't have enough spare parts on stock. Cheating Customers. My phone number is 8714191148.

I bought LENOVO PHAB through FLIPKART on 28-3-2017. (Order ID- OD 208753941888053000 dtd.28-3-2017). After 2 months, it had a working problem, ie, automatically switched off when it is using. So I gave it to the LENOVO Service Centre at Kottayam, Kerala (M/s. Doctor Fone Services) on 10-3-2018. After searching the warranty details in the Website, they informed that Warranty period is over. But it was a wrong information, because, I purchased it on 28-3-2017 and hence the warranty period is upto 28-3-2018. So I called TOLL FREE No. 18002087555 on 15-3-2018 and told the details to the Customer care Executive and he said that the warranty period is updated. While contacting the above Service centre, they said that the warranty period is not updated till date. I again called Toll free number on 21-3-18, and then only the Executive said to mail the copy of Tax Invoice/Bill to “pop@lenovo.com” and I forwarded the copy to the above address on 24-3-2018 itself.

The company did not take any step to update the warranty period of the PHAB in order to get the warranty benefit to me before 28-3-18. But, the company updated the warranty period upto 27-3-18 after the expiry of warranty period, ie only on 2-4-18. So I did not get the benefit of warranty and LENOVO India is fully responsible for this delay.

We have purchased lenovo tab3 7 essential along with Byjus app on 22-7-17. The touch of the tab was found in faulty condition (not working ) and was given for service on 1-6-18. Now for the past one month the touch problem has re occurred . So I have given that to authorised lenovo service center today for service. (yesterday they refused to attend our case, saying that they need hard copy of purchase invoice though we have produced soft copy of it). Without even scrutinising it they said it is in dead condition and its a physical damage and they need Rs. 3500 for screen change . When I brought to their knowledge that we have serviced it back 3months before and what will be guarantee of this service, they said its your usage problem, we can give only one month warranty.

But sir there is no such happened to tab. I felt very offensive with the way staff spoke to me without properly examining the tab. I doubt a bad servicing from the center. So please consider it as a repeat complaint and if possible suggest a good center where the problem can be solved and who themselves can responsibility of their work.
