On 8th June I paid 7444/- for term policy online and on August 9th I attended for medicals. On August 18th I received a mail that I am having hypertension and I need to pay 3983/-, I paid the same immediately. On August 24th You have issued the policy and put it in pending and saying that total amount not received. You had sent a mail to pay 3983/- and I paid that. I strongly believed that it is your fault and I am the sufferer.

I want to close my maxlife insurance policy.

I send the request to max for my policy cancellation but till date no any update. Max giving me wrong communication and very bad service, After many reminders no one resolve my issue. I suggest to friend and colleges don't purchase policy from Max.

Sir my policy no 724882204 pay 5yr per month Rs 1750/- date of proposal 30 Jan 2009 to 09 Jan 2014 total amount diposite RS 105000/- and maturity amount Rs 210000/-. I take loan as on Jan 2014 RS 46000/- and now this time as on maturity date I received Rs 59373/- only. please explain why received short amount?

I want to close my policy. Because this plan is so poor.
