Dear Sir, This is with reference to my registered letter No. EH620005808IN dated 11-12-2014 sending original policies documents, cancelled cheque No. 253323 dated 4-12-2014 etc. regarding payment of surrender value of my policies No. 761994755, 776587800 & 784067647 as per decision of Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Hisar in compliance No. 578/2012. But no payment has been received so far. Expedite the matter and make payment at an early date. Complaint has also been registered on Toll Free No. dated 24-12-2014 vide Nos. 10422690, 10422777 and 10422783, respectively. Kindly let me know the latest position of my case, so that it is informed to my lawyer with regard to compliance of order at an early date, please.

Policy no. 630760031 person insured name Late Reluchand Podh is no more as per the feature of the policy the 10% of the ATP should be paid to the nominee I, Jharana Podh Mrs. of insured that name mention in the above also the appointee of the policy request you to pay the amount directly to my account instead of cheque payment because the nominee is minor. Presently i am staying in my native place instead of address mention in the policy, so i unable to receive it.

Recently I came back to Kolkata for a vacation and now I want to withdraw my provident fund. I am m.suresh policy no.361914435. That sir I am servicing in Indian army. I have servicing transfer from Assam to west Bengal during the period I miss my policy Book and 1 year i have servicing posted at chattisgarh state naxal affected area. That reason I didn't pay to my policy continuously. The same matter already unformed with customer care help line no. But they are say that the policy has blocked. Hence it is requested that may kindly be activated of my policy please. I did not do the default in future.

Help/ support to Indian armed forces please.

I have already paid three premium to Maxlife insurance but till date no receipt of the premium is issued by Maxlife then how I will continue to pay the premium to Maxlife neither premium receipt provided by Maxlife or policy paper received by Maxlife of policy no. 758187017. first you reply this quarry.

Policy No 1005688559 Date of Maturity 20/11/15. Gross negligence of Max life Insurance Company despite of submission of all document on 5 weeks prior to date of maturity at Kolkata Dalhousi Branch. This is nothing but breach of trust of the Insurance Company to the insured.

I regret to say that the policy No.256810912 was commenced through axis bank dalhousie branch, kolkata in the last year. Now due to my financial hardship I intend to surrender this policy and stop the ECS mode as early as possible. So, I earnestly requesting you to do the needful at your end.

Sir myself Syed Jameel Basha, from kadapa, kadapa district andhra Pradesh I have made policy on 02 March 2016 with the pressure of the axis bank two assistant manager's and agent ( vijay, venkateswarlu and sarath assistant manager's) I paid an amount of Rs.50004/- towards 1 St premium after completing this there was an issue from my family not interested for this policy. So I tried with the managers they never supported me I clearly rejected in three welcome calls and expressed my problem but no response from the company my policy no.714807013 dated 2 nd March 2016 policy documents not issued and not raised please do favour to me and reimburse my amount in my account. Other wise I will be put in loss and put pressure to legal actions. Thank you.
