Getting the same error 522 with a Ray ID. Because of this mobile partner is consuming more system resources

showing 522 error ur website is offline. ray id 522 error. host is not connected. net is connected and my data card is E303F

Huawei E3121 gives Error 522. An error 522 occur during start the dongle. Browser & CloudFlare working but huaweidevice.co.in Host shows Error 522.

its only 6 days i bought E303F modem from flipkart. and now the modem software takes over the ram and shuts itself down what is the problem with modem i thrice reinstalled the software but still it remains the same.

The customer care of Huawai is really pathetic and bad. It is the first and last time when I purchased the Huawai Data modem. They can't realize the mass problem of customer.

hello i am using huawei device data-card,nw a days it showing error 522 RAY ID 186876cc4 connection timeout. becz of that i cant use net properly pls help me to clear this error.

After plug-in the modem, its window appear ( With Ray ID error). Then don't click to connect. Just close it. Then, select "internet access" icon from the right below corner of your screen. It is near by the "battery" icon. It looks like we see on the screen of our mobile for network. You can see it under the heading of " mobile broadband connection" ( in window 7). Select which one is of your huawai modem.Its name would be same as you have selected the profile name of your modem. Click on it. Then select " connect". Now start surfing without any problem. Same way, you disconnect only from here. There is one issue that, we can't access other facility from Huwai modem window. If you open it, then again Ray ID problem will start.

Hello i am having same problem. I am using Airtel 3G sim. I am doing wat u r saying. I dont understand the sentence "Select which one is of your huawai modem. Its name would be same as you have selected the profile name of your modem. Click on it."'' i could not find any name except Airtel. Is it OK ?? plz explain. i dont know about computer much, so plz guide me in step by step, thanks in advance.

Here’s my SURE SHOT way to resolve the error 522 forever:
1. First uninstall and reinstall mobile partner application.
2. After installation, start the app and then exit it.
3. Goto c:/program files/mobile partner/skin/IDS_MINISKIN_OCEANIC_BLUE
and cut the following files:
advertisement.ui, iframebottom, launchslide, launchslideframe

4. Paste them in any other folder, or delete it, doesn’t matter!

Now run the software again, definitely both the bottom and right ads will be blank!

NOTE: Also search for files named “adright.html” and “adbottom.html” in the above “mobile partner” folder. If found, delete these 2 files also!

Every time i connect my Huawei E303F data card in my laptop i cant able to use internet correctly when i type any url in my browser i need click in url bar every single word, and i can able to open any program from start until i disconnect my data card i if u dont give me the solution about it i will replace it your customer service is very poor.

Because it is the server error of the huawei company, they only can solve this problem by making their website "huaweidevice.co.in" to a live version (i.e) the huaweidevice.co.in website must come to online. Any doubts check this website from any of your alternate internet connections.

Yes the problem error 522 is solved the huawei company has enabled their website "huaweidevice.co.in" into live version. so everyone can enjoy using internet connectivity using the huawei modem. " Kindly every one uninstall the mobile partner application and reinstall it once to use the modem". "Because The webiste was enable by yesterday only" .----THANKS TO HUAWEI FOR THE SOLUTION

Getting error 522 on the ad portion on mobile partner. please release an update soon to remove that portion. Or at least fix the issue. Very bad that I cannot enjoy this beautiful app - mobile partner because of this problem. Also it interrupts other programs and prompts often reporting the error. Dhanesh Rathinasamy
