I want to buy battery of Huawei Ascend Y600 - U20. My mobile battery got damaged due to overloading and I did not found it in nearby cities like - Patiala, Hisar, Sirsa, Ludhiana. Very bad experience that one is unable to find original replacement parts.

I have purchased the above device 9 four months back. I have now updated the latest window 10 on my system. Now your device E3121 does not Support the same. I now request you to kindly help me with a software that can Support for your device E3121. I did contact your customer care personal Mr.Santosh few minutes back. He was unable to help me. He just gave the mail id and said that you will help me to resolve the issue. Hence this compliant.

M Komal pednekar I have ordered honor 6 plus on 14th May 2015 which I delivered on 17 may 2015. I was very happy with my new phone. the phone features was beyond my expectations.In which it was return phone contains gorilla glass.which wont damage. Yes I ll give u 10 out to 10 but suddenly in a month my nephew drop my phone I was shocked to see that the glass was damage which it was gorilla glass.I visited your vashi centre which they told me that it is not launched in India. That was ready shocking fr me.Then I visited in dadar I got same answer which was pathetic from u all guys.m really disappointed. From past 3 month m using damage phone horrible service.really pathetic.

My complain is screen glass has broken of my Hawai honer 4x, Model:: che1-L04. But my city do not have any service centre. Now i have to go to another city to repair my repair my phone, that is really bad. I have to take leave for a day to go there. I have to waste my time to get it repaired. I dont recommend Huawei to anybody, pls dont buy it if you dont want to go through all this.

I have been facing a issue for the last 6 months or so , had called your service center also but did not get the desired support.

Issue : All of sudden the address book , call list , SMS screen becomes blank, cannot retrieve the no for making outgoing call , incoming call does not show the number. Your call center gave me many suggestions..

1: remove google account , switch off , switch on after 20mts re add google account
2:Go to apps select contact remove cache and force stop , restart the Phone.
3:Backup data and to a factory reset.

I have done all this and the phone runs ok for a week and again it is same story , I require your support in getting this corrected immediately.

Since last 2 weeks I have a problem with honor 4x mobile that when I touched a battery in settings it shows mobile network signal. I called a customer number he said wipe your data & reboot, I reboot it again my problem is not solved since last 2 days I went to service center he install the software & he said your mobile is fine. I am having same problem so can I get a better suggestion about the mobile network signal in my mobile??

I bought data card E3531 hspa+ usb stick and its inbuilt software is not working. Automatic installation software is not showing and this datacard is yet in warranty period and my nearest service centre is not built yet. plzz help me and tell me what to do.
