I bought a cello pen few days back but this pen writes very thick. My handwriting is very good but this pens distorts it very badly. The shopkeeper isn't accepting a return. Pls give me a better pen or refund my amount. The pen is cello exceed fountain pen.

I have bought cello 1000ml flask from amazon 6 month before, just now i started to use it, it doesn't holding heat for 1 hour also it is like normal water bottle, i need replacement for this.

I like to inform you that I have purchased one Cello Flipstyle Steel Flask from Big Bazar Burdwan with a belief that the said product is genuine.(Tax invoice no-4789003000087794).

Then I found that the product is a defective as the hot water kept in the flask become cool in a very short time and the steel body of the said Flask become too much hot.

That rushed to the Big Bazar, Burdwan with defective Flask on-03/03/2018 and narrated the problem and they kept the Flux in their custody for testing and ask me to meet after 4 days. Then again I went to Big Bazar, Burdwan shop after 4 days and the authority agree with the problem which I found in the Flask but refused to replace the same. Then several time I meet with the Officials of the Big Bazar but they did not pay any importance to the matter.

That I need a Flask to keep the water hot and that is why I purchased the said Flask from The Big Bazar so called renowned shop. Now I find that I have been completely cheated by The Big Bazar as I have noticed that the warranty given by the Company one year from the date of purchase.

So far I believe that warranty means not guarantee but it should be repaired by the Company to its normal function with in one year from the date of purchase. Now I request you to supply me a good flask for the purpose of which it has been purchased with in 15 days after receiving this letter or otherwise I shall be seriously prejudiced.
