I have updated Micromax unite 2 A106 8GB ROM to Lolliipop. So not feeling satisfied with new new Anroid version so want to downgrade to Kitkat from Lollipop. I am in warranty period. So any charges will be applied to me?

I have micromax q465 with me and I have purchased that in February and since then m facing problem..till date I have given 5 times for repair and becoz of horrible services of the company I haven't got my mobile back since more then 1 month I have submitted my mobile and each n every time they say that wait a little more ma'am. I don't know when i'll get my handset back and now they have also blocked my number. Very unprofessional people and poor service.

Thus your mobile company is liable to be penalized because what kind of software is a criminal offense.
