I was gifted a trolly suit case by a relative some time back. I am a senior citizen and hardly travel so the suit case has been used by me maximum 4-5 times for 3/4 days each time. One of the handles was detached from the hook because it was not fixed properly at the time of manufacturing as I was told. I carried the suitcase on 10th july to your malviya nagar new delhI centre. The lady available there admitted that it was a manufacturing defect but refused to cover the refixing of the handle under guarantee / warranty cover as the guarantee card was not signed and stamped by the dealer. She told me that on 20th july the repairer will come and then she will call me to seek my acceptance of the charges for refixing of the handle. I did not receive any call from her. Today when I called her to know the status she told me that the handle has been refixed and I have to pay rs 300/-.

I reminded her that she was supposed to seek my acceptance for the charges she had told a lie that she had talked to me and taken my approval. When I denied having such talk with her she told that she will get the handle removed and I could collect the bag on friday the. 28th july. I removing the handle may damage my bag and if she could reduce the charges she replied very rudly " we are not selling vegetables ".

The issues are :

1. Because of manufacturing defect company should own the responsibility for refixing the already existing handle / bag which is in brand new condition.The same can be ascertained being in possession with your Malviya Nagar Delhi Centre. It is your product saying that guarantee card is not signed and stamped will be to evade the responsibility. No charges should be demanded from me.

2. I would like to know if the company recognises such "lies", unfriendly behavior of sales and service personnel and authorises them to use this language. Reply to this will be in the interest of your company as this will bring customer friendly attitude and stop or reduce taking customers for a ride.

My lock is not opening. Once it opens and when I want to reset it, next time it's not opening.

I have received one sky bag as gift from our company. They had purchased that bag in bulk during corporate dealing. So I don't have their bill as well as dealer stamp on warranty card.

I have visited many times on company outlet as well as talked on customer care but they are not responding properly, So I am requesting you please help me and change my bag in under warranty.

I purchased a bag 3 days back from outlet at Rajkot. Surprisingly the wheels are not working and the counter person is not prepared to replace bag and insisted repairs only. This is not fair it should be replaced only please arrange to instruct accordingly.

My trolley bag of v.i.p got locked!! Kindly help me unlock it!! As it contains important documents I need for my meeting!! Kindly reply me asap!

I am vedvir yadav purchased a vip suitcase in the month of February, 2017 and I hardly use it. After 2 months its lock was not working properly, so I get it repaired from rajendra place service center. But again after some it's creating same problem lock is not working. It is under warranty period. Rajendra place service centre is permanently closed now. so please tell me how I can get it repaired?

I bought stracher laptop office bag. Inside portion was tear within 20days.. it was replaced. Replaced bag open from side hold hook in a 2days. Frequently it happened . So dislike this model. So I request to replace with other back pack model. I mail to your feed back id before a week .. but did not get the response.

Please provide correct customer care number as I am facing issues with its lock system. Its not opening after putting password also. Where to repair it. plz help.
