Presently no heating. Complaint raised on 01/09/2016 through Customer Care Number- 1800-200-9999. Though promised to attend within 24 Hrs but till date no one has visited and attended the problem. At least 03 times Customer Care has been contacted and requested to look into the problem but sorry to say no action. Very poor response from Haier. May kindly look into the matter.

Sir/Madam,
I am writing this e-mail to inform you about inconvenience caused by the person who was sent by the company to repair my refrigerator.

I am Dr Gagandeep Bangar resident of House No. 44, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Hoshiarpur Road, Phagwara, Punjab. My mobile no. is 9417897151.

Today, a technical person was sent by the company in order to rectify the problem in my refrigerator on my request through company’s customer care contact. His mobile no. is 9814410281. I have paid him Rs 450/- but still problem is existing. I really doubt that he was a technical person because he could not understand the problem and when I informed him the status of existing problem he was not willing to come to correct it.

Let me know what the solution can be.

I get ac in your company in April 2017, Only 2 days we use then faced problem but you did not change another ac. I complain but not respond you very bad.

I have bought Haier refrigerator 195 liter recently. But it have two sidewall heating issues. any problem.

We have bought a 39 inch TV on 8/9/2017.one of a retail showroom thalassery. when the technical person came to fix it on the 13/9/17 he found that there was a scratch on the TV. he told us to contact customer care and you will get it replaced.. and we tried as per his instruction and the customer care people told us we will replace it soon. But we tried after that a lot of time in one of your customer care mans no. it is 26/9/2017.. still we didn't get it replaced and no one visited. why your all employees are like this. very lazy. I think because of this lazy response from your employees. your companys name will get spoilt only. kindly do the favour otherwise make arrangements to return our money. Expecting favourable response from your side.

Dear Haier, my complaint number DL20171214102367. my complaint is my washing machine is not working engineer will be come my home repair my washing machine not good service and I'm not satisfaction.

TV is not response why sir what happend my TV. please send the solution. Kakinada is my city.

I am using Haier fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine 7 Kg.HWM70-918NZP, purchased in Oct. 2014. Of late, it was seen that the lint was sticking to the washed clothes because a small plastic flap attached to the Lint Filter was found split.

On lodging the complaint, the Service centre engineer quoted a charge of, would you believe a sum of Rs. 2450/- justifying the cost because it is imported. This on part of Haier is downright fleecing the customer for a wearable part. Should a part wear out in less than 3 years so that the can make money out of it.

My request is that the company should be realistic in the service costs.

Demo wala call me at 2 pm come home. so i left my work and go to home but he is not there i called him 3 times and he come at 3.28 pm and left 3.30pm and not given proper guidence who to use this type of new technologies. very bad service.

I bought a Haier window AC last year and its still in warranty with one free service left. I am asking the customer service for the service from last one week but no one is coming to do it, they are only promising. Never buy Haier Ac's its service is so bad.

LED TV 39'' complaint, This is regarding a customer complaint.

I am Shibu N Soman residing at Alleppey. I had purchased Haier 40 inch television from Mohans Shoppe Alleppey on April 17th 2018. On 25th Apr the TV get the audio is not working at all. After posting the complaint, technician came the same day itself and told the board need to be replaced and it will be rectified within 2-3 days. Since there was no news from the service dept several time, I had to post the complaint again. Then only they told that it usually takes one week's time.till there is no response and i am not aware of any updates.

Are you people playing fool with a customer? I am also a person working in a corporate company and dealing with these kind of customer grievances everyday.Is this the right way? It is already 12 days since I have posted my complaint. Let me make it very clear to you people that I don't want any repair. Either I need replacement or I want my money back.

Whatever it may be I need the rectification asap.Else I will be forced to approach the higher authorities to solve the issue or legally make a move.

buy new AC before 1 week ,after heavy noise in AC . as well as given complaint in customer care before 3 day but no one visit in my home. Very bad service and customer care response .

This e-mail is to inform you that my refrigerator (model no.HRF2903BS) which I had bought on 26-04-2015 wasn't upto the expectation. It suddenly stopped cooling. The customer services provided wasn't good. The technician charged 3200 and they took 3-4 days. In fact, I had to call continuously for hours daily to ask them to rectify it.

Sorry to say but earlier I had LG refrigerator and had a good experience with it for 12 years, no issues ever.

WON'T BUY A HAIER PRODUCT AND SUGGEST NOT TO BUY A HAIER PRODUCT.

Hello, I am Harish pandey from Gorakhnath gorakhpur. I filed a complaint to replace my freezer box,as it was damaged. Then the company sent a personnel to replace it but after replacement my fridge was again not properly working, and when i asked him that what has he repaired in my fridge then he said that it is not my responsibility. this man has charged me 3100/- rupees but The work done by him is incomplete and unsatisfied.

After that i again filed a repeat complaint, then this second one is nothing but a great defaulter. He even do not know how to speak to customers, a very bad and uncivilized employee of haier named diwakar phone no. 9598069351. He is making promises despite of solving the problem. Now i will suggest everyone never to buy any electronic appliance of haier. Bad, bad and enough bad service.

It is my first experience of haier product which looks worst decision. i purchased haier 32 inch smart tv on 2/9/18 at pune praveen agency, since that day haier electrician are making fun with me for updation of smart tv software. Electrician is not attending my call and customer care has also provide me wrong phone number. Presently using the tv as normal tv not a smart tv.

I bought an LED TV an year back from Spencer with 3 years warranty. From the initial 4th month I started noticing back spot on the screen. I thought could be due to moisture in the climate but it never healed. I was busy and could not report the issue then. I was in an impression of three years warranty. When I reported the issue the customer service representatives started asking for money for repair of the problem and for visit. The worst part was customer support reps were not able to speak properly in English or hindi. Seems they all are educated enough. This is the first product I bought from Haier and experienced the worst support and product quality. I have other TV from Samsung and even Micrmax both are good and fine there is no problem I experienced in last 5 and 1.5 years. In my point of view buying a Haier product is a complete wast of money.

I have bought a refrigerator in May 2018 and within few months it has started giving cooling problems. There have been two engineer visits earlier but they were unable to solve problems and I have to raise the complaint again. I couldn't expect such a problems in quick succession in a new refrigerator. I will never recommend buying Haier products to anybody and even myself will keep away from Haier in any segment.

I faced issue with my haier water heater and raised case with Hair team.

Issue :-
1.Engineer visited and asked for a higher amount of money for the part ,after having word with their senior the Real part prices been reveled for new part.
2. Part been arranged and it was a used part rather then the new one .
3. Engineer started changing the used part until we said them that its a used part and we are paying for a new part.
4. We receive the reply from engineer sorry sir ,we will arrange new part but the thing is if the customer is seeing and letting them know then they will change for new else they will just place the used part .In general term we call its a cheating with customer.
5.Totally a pathetic experience with Haier ,recommend not to buy any haier product.
