Hello, I am rashmi from Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. I bought Amul paneer from a local shoep, when i reached home i realised it has gone bad. I went back within 20 mins to return it but the shop keeper is not taking any responsibility. He is saying to complain with the customer care. This is not good for the reputation of Amul dairy.

Worst service and misbehavior with the customer is not a good thing. Since 20 days had passed and I complaint about a amul cheese product which got fungus before its expiry. I registered my complaint on 18002583333. Complaint no is 33727. No action has been taken and when I call them they are not ready to talk or cut my call. Worst experience with amul company.

I am regular use of amul product. I have brought amul paneer. When I open It was completely rotten and bad smell was coming. I have checked the expiry date. It was alright. But how come it has rotten I dont know. Please replace it otherwise I will case against your company.

I brought amul lassi from store when I opened it it was smelling bad. I cut opened that pack it was all rotten. It was covered with green algae type stuff.
