Mi note 3 mobile is super but I had the problem my mobile got the complete ear phones pin complete in the service centre. Service boy said that we need to change the motherboard. But after change the motherboard I got other problem battery back up is not getting. I ask but they are said that we need to update the software ok they update software after will u get battery pack up but again I lost battery backup but they update the software 8.1.0 my old mother board software update is 8.2.5. today I want u service centre they said that ur battery problem what have to do but mi mobile r good but service is very very very bad. From last 10days I am facing the problem what have to do the service centre is kakinada.

I Buy Redmi 4 mobile on my store 20 days before but mobile not delivered in my address and customers service of Redmi is not helpful very bad service don't buy mobile on my store.

My Mi Redmi 3S phone has locked and its mi account deactivated. In addition to it I lost my original sim as well. Unfortumately the customer care service could not resolve and haven't unlocked my phone. I am again sending the details as below..

Please replace my product mi 10000 mh power bank .. this is proper not working. This product is charging time 6 hours to 7 hours but my product proper not charging in time. This product charging in 8 hours but not full only 45 % charging. please solve my equation & return my product.

Sir, i purchase this mi vr, but i am very disappoint with its performance. The video i played in it is of 1080 pixels, which is almost 1hour long.. I hardly watch it for 30 minutes due to its blurry effect.. I dont know if it is lense problem or something else.. Also u didnt give strips with it. How could i hold it if i have to watch a movie 2 hours long.? Now sir i want my refund back. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. Thank u.

I have purchased redmi note 4 cell phone 2 month back. that cell was not good. after 10 days mother board has been changed at nearest service center and again display problem and display also changed at same center. nw mobile is struck again and again and display also not working correctly. so my request is to return new cell phone. this mobile is getting problem again and again. please return new one. I hope you return new one. I'm waiting for your reply.

I want to replace my redmi 4. As the apps are crashing.......3rd party issue... performance lagging (hanging issue).

I have redmi note 3 phone, I have purchase around 1 and half year ago, Now My charger's adapter is working fine but the cable is not working properly, hence my mobile is not getting charged from that cable. So I tried to buy the cable online from Mi portal, Amazon, Flipkart etc. everywhere it is showing unavailable. I also opted for the option of notify me,but no notification arrived so far.This whole thing is being happening since 2 months. I have started using another cable for charging, this has damaged my mobile phone.it is not getting charged.

yesterday I also called the customer service center for inquiring about the offline center to buy new cable, she told me to purchase it online only.

Now, technically I can not buy online as well as offline. So it is damaged my mobile phone. This is very annoying and shameful that mobile phones can be sold online but its accessories are unavailable all the time. You are responsible for damaging my mobile phone.

I regret purchasing this phone as no service is given properly.

I just brought redmi4 on 17/7/2017 through amazon gift for my mother. there is finger sensor button at back. but inside its not showing by that time i connected customer care no. they told to reboot as per there guide line. i did in between 10 to 15 day passed but still finger sensor don't reflected. i robooted phone & contacted cc for 2 to3 time after that i visited your virleparle andheri customer care on 7/8/2017. after checking the phone they told me some part has to be replaced. pls sir i want new phone in replace as its manufacturing defect. or i will go to consumer court for the matter. as a customer we believed in your product. But no checking is done before packing of material from ur side what is this so pls look in the matter as soon as possible.

The screen is appearing in yellow colour and it is heating up.so how could i get rid of it or i need a replacement?

I bought redmi note 4 a month back. There is a major network problem. My phone is always unreachable and if i try to call it does not go through. Software has been updated twice however the problem remains the same. This is the worst phone i ever used.

Speaker not work properly. Service center not accept my mobile and he says my mobile out of warranty but mobile have in 1 month warranty. please solve it.

I want to buy a new redmi note 4 charger as I have lost mine. I called ur customer care they told me a site but i didn't found any site like that and when searched on Google I found mi charger but it s out of stock .kindly please give appropriate information regarding this.

When am connect to the charger for charging, the display shows connect and after 2 or 3 seconds it will auto disconnect then again shows connect, this repeat again and again. So i am unable to charge my phone.
