I had placed the order for shoes 402-6002498-6602755 and due to size issue was canceled for exchange. Now it's 8 days I didn't recd any message or call for delivery and even in my account there is no order pending. This kind of service is not expected by Amazon.

i have purchased statue studio brass hindu god lord hanuman statue standing idol figure religious decor art7 on cash on delivery through Amazon. When the item came to my house, i was not there at home. My house owners paid the amount through card. Immediately I have received the item, but that is not suitable for house purpose. So I returned on 18th June 2017. The pickup Tracking ID: 611146019049. I did not get any refund so far. please let me know the refund status. This is very bad experience with Amazon.

I ordered to your company through online a Chevit men casual running shoe 418-10 on 21/06/2017 but your company send to me a wrong shoe (Chevit men running shoe 414) on 27/06/2017. I apply for return/replacement on 27/06/2017 evening. but till today no one delivery boy come to my house address to pick up the wrong shoe from my house. I contact to your customer care (180030009009) two times on 02/07/2017 and 05/07/2017 , they assured me about my replacement but till today there is no response from your end/no delivery boy come to pick up the wrong delivered shoe.

I ordered a IFB washing machine from amazon on JUNE 24, 017. The machine is defective (broken). I have registered number of complaints but have not received replacement until now. This is very disappointing and I demand a strict action against the (ir-) responsible people associated therewith. hope hear from you soon AMAZON.

I returned my ivoomi me 1+ smartphone On-site show that it is issued on 8 july, but there is no refund. please help me amazon, i buy it for Rs. 5199, and there is no refund shown to me.

I had a very bad experience with amazon. They have locked me out of my account, but they are deducting money from my credit card against my prime amazon membership, which I want to unsubscribe. I have tried every possible way to contact customer care but there is no option for this problem in the customer care number. please help.

I have cancelled my order no 40697418464932329. I have paid trough my debit card 7 day go. I have cancelled my order but refund not transfer.. why? please help me.

I ordered one case cover that product quality is not good thats why I return the product placing through mail I will receive the mail the product should be received by courier man within 3 days. 4 days left the courier man will not get the product and also I will not get the refunded amount. Please take the courier and refund the amount quickly.

I am not able to connect 1800 3000 9009 from BSNL mobile or land line. This number is accessible only from other services. I have wasted lot of time dialing from bsnl. why this information is not communicated to customers. This type of service will be a black mark for Amazon.

It is very painful and heart burning to note that amazon management did not take any interest and attention for the payment to the customers pertains to the unwanted products returned to the amazon. In this connection I have to state that product (style98 calf skin leather premium quality messenger bag for women,men ,boys and girls - tan sold by kan& style 98 2795/-) was returned to the amazon through the amazon associate Sri Surya on 22-6-2017 under proper acknowledgement vide tracking no 6 1 1 1 4 6 4 8 8 9 8 2 dated 22-6-2017. Later amazon management as well as seller who supplied the product are contacted number of times by sending mails but there is no response even after 34 days. If such incidents happened one after another the common customers who got highest belief on amazon in will lose belief.

Hence I request the concerned to look in to it personally and see the amount of rs 2795/- is to be transferred to the a/c of customer at the earliest. I hope and believe that amazon in will respond quickly.

I ordered to your company through online a Book 13/06/2017 but your wrong book is came. My experience in Amazon is worst ... I have ordered Samsung A9 pro last month.. n it's been more than 15 days they are not delivering my phone instead they are just extending the day of delivery.. Amazon sucks i will not order anything from now on.
