I had submitted my 4month old Panasonic eluga s at authorized service center due to minor sim slot issue (phone was in good working condition except sim slot 1 issue which was not detecting sim card) on 2nd June 2015 and was cleared that if there will be any charges would be applicable then I will ready to pay however my phone is in warranty period. Purchased on jan'15.

On 27th June'15 your customer care executive informed me that my handset got repaired and has been delivered to service centre at Aurangabad. On 30th June'15 when reached at service centre and got shocked by heared that there was no any repairing done by Panasonic head office and they had sent handset without any checking as well not provided the reason for same.

I had again called up cc and confirmed the status of phone and cce informed me that it has been repaired. There is controversy in service centre and call centres statement.

Now service centre stated that they are trending my handset to Delhi office and it would take more 30days....

This type of pathetic service from Panasonic not ben accepted. I need my handset in working condition within a week.

I have a Panasonic Eluga Icon and had some issues with the phone so i went to the service center but experienced very bad customer service by Panasonic. I don know how they call them selves a multinational company with such a poor service.

I had purchased a vacuum cleaner MC-CG303 of your company one and a half year back.The clothe dust bag got perished. On contact two times your customer care they guided me to their service centre @perintalmanna kerala- Through phone-two times I have contacted them for a replacement on payment as the guarantee period was over. They say that bag cost Rs650/-. When i asked the manager why a simple dust bag is so costly (it is worth about Rs.200 considering material cost) - he replayed me that cost is inclusive of service charges (RS.250). I told him that i will come to his shop and get the bag and so service charges are to be waived. For that replay he gave me was that it would be better that he keep a ware house or akri (waste) shop.

So far the service centre did not supply the simple dust bag. More over reaction from manager was not decent or elegant. I will be forced to publish about the poor & greedy approach of company on face book page as well as on twitter so that let many come to understand how much poor is your customer relation Thanks for the irritant service.

This is regarding panasonic split AC. we are suffering coz we have spent a lot money in the name Panasonic and its AC. Since, we have bought the AC we are only paying lots and lots of money in faulty part and its service which cost me 15000. I am fed up with the situation. Everytime I call customer care and ask executives to transfer the calls to senior they say the senior is not available on the floor.

Mr Ashok who had visited today from shivam aircon one of fraud authorized service center of Panasonic, he has diagnosed same issue as he always does that part need to get change which will cost around 15k. Last year also i have spent this much amount in my 2nd panasonic AC. Every year there is some gas related issue.

You have made a lot fool of us. As a customer I am cheated. Now, I want your company either to resolve the problem or give me back my money so that I can buy a good company's AC like hitachi or o-general and I can get rid off your blower boxes which panasonic had sold me.

I am going to circulate this mail chain, mark bcc among my friends and knows and let them know how panasonic deals in after sale service so that this company must not cheat other innocent people.

I have understood that panasonic does not care about customers.

Today installed the ac by two guys of panasonic installation team his name is arvind thakor. after they wrong finished the installation acs indoor unit flap got some noise when i started auto swing. during the installation procedure my acs outer unit was damaged by the 1 guy. so please tell me in this moment what should I do? do needful in this case.

Panasonic aftersale service is pathetic. I've received my Panasonic AC on 03-04-2022 from Amazon. Amazon says that the installation will be done within 48 hours after delivery of the AC. But till date (06-04-2022), no call from Panasonic even after 3days of registering SR. I called Panasonic customer care for more than 10 times till today. They give false assurance all the time. I'm planning to cancel the order and return the AC to Amazon tomorrow. Dont buy Panasonic. Buy the AC that gives good aftersales service. Avoid buying from Amazon. Buy from offline store nearby and get installed on same day.
