customer care service is not returning my phone which i had given to service center to repair before 2 months.....when i called them they always say it will take some more time.

Complaint no. R290815321289, Everybody passing on the buck.
Niharika at call centre to team leader Mr. Survesh, further to BM Nitin Bansal, Satnam Area Manager, Poonam Mathur, Hakim but no body makes any move. Everybody checking from each & reporting, the mechanic is on the way, shall reach you shortly, then at 2pm, then 4Pm, then 6pm yesterday & now reported just leaving for your place. But after few hours when reminded again the position is same as was since 29th August. If a person is not able to reach a distance of 3 kms in 7 days, how much more time one should wait for the same.

Customer care service is not returning my phone as i submitted my phone on 1st may 2017 it persist problem of auto shutdown. i want immediate action on my phone or u might exchange my phone. very bad experience with Panasonic company i will never suggest anyone to buy Panasonic smart phone. Now its more than 45 days.

Very bad service from Panasonic technician.. never listen what we said. where ever they like they fit outdoor unit. we are facing several problems for that we like to shit outdoor from there they are not attending and charging more amount. this is not the right way.

Again and again i am requesting Panasonic company to please give me D O of faulty handset that u had given me in replacement after taken 2000 Rs cash from me. On the first day I had Informed them about my handset problems of over heating, charging and battery issue from last six months.

I am continuously requesting them for D O but can't receive D O till today. Customer is helpless after purchasing Panasonic product.

Panasonic AC remote is not working properly only mode button is working. Other buttons are also not working because of this reason we cant control temp, swing etc.

Our Panasonic ac is not cooling in the room properly sometimes hot air was coming from the a.c. immediately. We want a solution for this problem because our ac was not cooling properly.

I wish no one should purchase even a single product of this company. Customer care service is so bad and horrible. Because of bad customer service and their behaviour Panasonic is loosing its name in india.
