Dear sir, I Dr T.Sudarshan babu from Mandya city in karnataka.purchased a car battery make exide Din 74for my Skoda octovia on 23-06-12 which just 30 months. Warranty is 5yrs.after 30 months if battery fails,it is going to be 50-50 with the company.but here my delear agreed for the same but he is telling no stock since 2weeks.kindly arrange for the same new batteries since I'm finding to move my Skoda Octavia with the faulty battery. I had purchased an inverter battery about six months back. But from the day of buying its having problem, it doesnt charges to full capacity and discharges very quickly. I have called customer care regarding my complaint but no solution has been reached yet. Pls replace it at the earliest.

I had purchased an inverter battery about 2.5 Year back. But from the one year of buying its having problem, it doesnt charges to full capacity and discharges very quickly and invertor does not shows charging. I have called customer care & Vendor (RKBK) regarding my complaint but no solution. Plz help asap and thanks for the same.

Although maintained periodically at Silstar Batteries, authorized dealer at 3-4/Pramod Prasad, R. A. Kidwai Mary, Mumbai 400 031. This battery was purchased from Mangal Battery Service on 22.03.2014 but failed before warranty period ie; on 16.01.2017, three years warranty was still balance till 21.03.2017, which please note. Let me see how it is covered ? But for the past long experience with Exide battery, with my two wheelers even, used it for nearly 45 months even.

I had purchased my 2 wheeler battery 12BI 2.5LC - SL No M2L50809786 from M/s Visakha Battery Agencies on 12-Apr-2016, vide Bill No 77, at that time I am staying in vizag, now I am in Miryalguda (Nalgonda Dist). The battery was not working, I call to the dealer people 0891-2566396, they are told any were in india can service the battery, but they are not provide local Miryalguda (Nalgonda Dist) Exide battery dealer address. The Visakha Battery Agencies responce too worst. I have proof a recording how they given to service to customer. The 2 wlr battery cost 640/- only that is not a matter, here it was required customer service.

Warranty 4 Years.

I have purchased the battery from Battery World, Motinagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. on 16-06-2017.
The battery was given with 4 years of Warranty but the battery was down within 3months of purchase.

Raised a complaint on 31-08-2017 with ref no: SAP00007231V503. Still no service engineer has taken up the complaint. Please arrange REPLACEMENT of the Battery. Else Replace my TATA GREEN Battery.

Respected sir / madam, I'm amarjeet Singh, owning wagon R with Exide battery. My battery cell is damaged and my battery is in warranty period. I contacted Sai service for the same but they are not responding for the claim .

My car no. Is MH02EH4809 and my contact no. is 9833533711.

I met Shubhash sir in the front office he told me it cannot happened. I have done 3 official services from service centre itself. It is clearly mentioned that battery is in 2 years warranty period. What is connection between battery and service?? If my battery doesn't get replaces by you I'll send this email in press and I'm post it on social media as well.

I'll recommend everyone not to take car from sai service and specially with battery of EXIDE. And if we take a battery from normal local dealer, he replaces with the service battery as well.. sai service being your biggest dealer not providing even spare battery to me.

I'll take legal action as I'm in the loss of 1200rs daily as my car is not working. Your company in indulged into cheating. Pls contact on the above given number.

I have purchased one battery for bike Discover 150 on 28th Dec. 2016 from Sharma Auto, sector 15 panchkula. In Feb. 2017, battery stopped working, complaint was made and battery was send to the dealer at 989, Haripur, sector 4, panchkula. After 2 weeks, it was reurned by saying that it was not propetly charged. Now again battery started giving problem. I again approached Sharma Auto, who said the battery is dead. He directed me to approach the dealer at haripur, panchkula. My is very poor about the after sale.

When I was first time bought the battery , it was working well only for 1 year. Later the battery was draining within short time of period even though the charge is full. This dealer advised to us, there was a problem in battery which they can’t fix the problem.

Based on the dealer suggestion, we have exchanged an old battery and bought new battery with same dealer. Later, just 2 weeks back, we had a same issues in new battery also. We have been trying to reach the dealer more than 2 weeks but he is not attending my calls and he has blocked my number in his mobile. I couldn’t able to reach him, even I have sent message, WhatsApp chat and trying to contact whatever I can do.

The bad thing, he is seeing all my messages , missed calls, chat but not replying to me. This is really not good. Is this right way to treat the customers? At least, he would have replied single message. But, he is not considering customers pain and problems.

This dealer is one of the worst dealer which never ever seen in my life. Because of this dealer name Sasikumar, Exide is going to lose lots many customers. This person Sasikumar is spoiling Exide customer service quality and brand name. we already lose our hope with Exide battery. We have around 8 flats in my apartments. How can I recommend this product to other my neighborhoods?

The person Sasikumar is sales duplicate product with using Exide brand name. I am suspecting, this is person is not Authorized Exide dealer and cheating unknown peoples. We lose our hope with Exide products. Request you to please take strict action against this person Sasikumar and prevent to cheating peoples. Or else, you will loss big business. And also, ask him to revert me soon. I hope , you will take necessary action against this compliant and help to valuable customers.

If I am not getting any updates from Sasikumar, then I don’t have any other choice. Need to escalate this with consumer court.

This is the third exchange in 1 year for the 24fx the latest one the battery was dead out of the store put on charger and read 13% these batteries do not hold charge. tried to call Exide but, their toll free number is not active. too much hassle to keep exchanging. I will return for refund and buy Interstate.

I purchased Exide battery (Exide INVAGEL- IT 500 GEL) on 09/03/2016 from your dealer NOJA MARUTI CENTRE, MIRZAPUR CHOWK, DARBHANDA-846004.

The battery appears to be completely down and accordingly I registered online Complaint vide EBRA00093149V105 on 18/09/2018.Despite my regular follow up on toll free, no one bother to even contact me till date, what to speak of providing services. I am forced to live in darkness without fan even after my investment in purchasing your battery. I don't understand what fault is mine.

Please look into the matter for early it's early solution. Contact no 9430899289.

I had purchased one exide battery for my home inverter on 03/04/2017. It is in warranty period. Complained in customer care with complaint No EWBA00066359V674 DATED 03/10/2018. No body attended even after lapse of three days. I received an other massage that my complaint No is EORA00019453V377 Dated 04/10/2018. Nobody attended as on date.

Prior to this I had contacted the dealer on 27/09/2018 who has also contacted the exide for replacement. But nothing has been done. Exude care is very casual, callous and careless to customers.

Hi ,

My car battery is down , and i am unable to start the car . I am standing in middle of the way . I called around 21 times to 1800 103 5454 and no one picks up the call. The battery is just 1 year old and is still in gaurantee , But the shopkeeper said you have to call customer care and pathetic customer care doesn't pick up the call.

I have not seen such a bad and pathetic customer care service.
Please tell where should i claim the faulty battery, shall i go and fight with shopkeeper or keep calling customer care?

On 3rd June 2019, I purchased exide 2 battery models and numbers for home inverter from the shop of Setpal Enterprises 119/6 GT Road Zarib Chowki Kanpur 208 012 respectively FEMO -IMST 1500(A1D9H530091 7D94),FEMO -IMST 1500(A3D9K060498 3D94) it since the beginning the backup (power supply capacity) of both the batteries is not correct, only giving one to one and a half hours of backup on a load of 500 watts. Currently only giving 30 minutes of backup. I use best quality 24volt of inverter lumens. Inverter is working fine but battery backup is not correct. Regarding which I had lodged the complaint number NUP 1259224, NUP 1259225 on the date 18th June 2020 at 11:20 AM. Engineer came to the house to check but there was no improvement in the backup, both the batteries are running for the same 30 minutes.

You are requested to kindly get the battery repaired and replaced. The applicant is an old customer of Exide Battery. But this time I have been cheated. We are inconvenienced because of you. We are sure that you will solve our problem otherwise we will be forced to go to consumer forum.

This is to state u that i have had very bad exide service care centre (balaji exide dealers,bathinda punjab) i hav a hero splendor bike and when the problem regarding battery appears to me i get to the hero dealership and they referred me to exide dealers balaji near fauji chownk bathinda... And the employee there after making adjustment of certain plugs asked me 50 rs for the convenience although the battery was under warranty..... and after i argue with the exide head dealer there he starts shouting on me nd in result i have to pay them the amount and also i was not given the cash memo. Although the amount was not such big but it caused me great inconvenience. please kindly report to such (thugs) who in the name of exide batteries are performing such shameful activities.

I have not completed 1 year of battery from your company but the battery is now not working but I should get another one. The Exide company is a fraud, the battery stopped working and the dealer is not replacing it.
