I have purchased an Exide battery on 04-6-2015 maintenance free battery from Mitali Motors, Guwahati having 2 years warranty but on 03-10-2016 my car could not take start due to battery problem. on 04-10-2016 bat mobile service man checked and reported that water is less in three cells. I asked Mitali Motors for replacement of the battery with a new one, they refused to do verbally and not willing to give in writtings. I have decided to complain to Police.

I order New battery Purchase, EXIDE make Model No Mileage SMRO/MR/35 R. But I received Battery, Model No FMI8-MRED35L, Through Your Dealer Bombay Batteries,Link Road, Goregoan (W), Then I Contact Mr. Rajkumar on at the store, he say to me Batteries is Same, but i do not Know, it is O.K or not ? pl reply me, I received Warranty Card, But dos not mansion 48 month Warranty, Please Register my Battery.

Hi,
I took a new battery on 18-8-2017, which I started facing issues after 1 month , so i have sent for recheck the battery which exide gave all ok certificate but again after month i faced the same issue, now this time i gave to nearby exide dealer to check. Now this time dealer said he exchanged my previous battery to new battery n when i asked the bill he just gave challan of some other batter n on that he by hand written my new battery serial no which was not new at all n when i started using it,battery wasn’t working properly. Upon asking him he started arguing with me n said bike issue. I have checked again my bike for any issues but service centre said it’s the issue with battery only. Now this dealer is not ready to give bill nor ready to exchange. If this is not resolved i will go to consumer court as i have all the photo copies of my previous batter bills.I will sue for the bad battery condition n as well as providing dealerships to fraud people.
