On 28th June, I bought a HP Deskjet 1510 All-In-One Series from online Chroma electronics store. It worked smoothly till until it stopped scanning documents within a week. I immediately called Chroma customer care to get a replacement or a refund. But instead of honoring their commitment for 15 day return policy due to manufacturing defects, I was told to go to a HP service center. I tried explaining them my situation but all was a waste, they plainly refused. This was a real eyeopener and a shock to me that a reputed company of TATA can do this.

Two years back, I bought a phone CRCB2243 from a reputed CROMA Store. Undoubtedly the phone works well, but now when its battery needs to be replaced, I searched for it in almost all stores and service centres, though they are only few at a place like Delhi. Even after a month I am unable to get it. I m just confused what to do .

Visited above showroom for Clothes washer dryer and Refrigerator on Thursday 20th Oct. I was attended by one of the sales staff. He was very impolite and didnt knew how to talk with customers. He was neither interested in showing us the required product and neither in answering to our questions. We left the store without buying anything and wont recommend anyone to buy anything.

I ordered a nokia 220 in Croma online on 22 oct'15 and I was delivered with the device on monday noon. Even before opening and checking the contents of the pack the delivery man vanished from the spot. The same night I ringed up the customer care number 7207666000 and the person who attended my call, directed me to visit the nearby croma showroom and I visited the show room and the sales person saw the damaged device and asked me to re-visit the showroom on wednesday. The customer sales executive told me that they dont take physical damages, and they cannot replace it anyway.

My question is why can't the croma retail shop cannot service the croma online purchased goods???? I made up my mind to purchase in croma because the grand reputed banner ''tata'', but I feel that my decision is wrong now!! Hope the customer care helps me with it as soon as possible!!!

I purchased one CROMA Split AC 1.5 tons from your Juhu outlet with "Exchange" arrangement on 13.03.13. I was promised that the AC will be delivered next day and will be installed by Tuesday and my old AC will be removed simultaneously. On 14th no AC was delivered despite requesting your Customer Care and two personal visits to your Juhu outlet. However your Juhu branch promised that the AC will be delivered and installed on 15th. positively. On 15th afternoon AC unit was delivered and old AC was received with the assurance that the AC will be installed today itself. On contacting your Juhu Branch and Customer Care, I got a call from a person that the AC cannot be installed today as it is too late now. My efforts with your Juhu Branch also failed. Your Customer Care also showed helplessness and assured forward the complaint only.

I am a Senior Citizen, had a bye-pass and twice Cardiac Intervention. Despite having made the payment I had to run around seeking comfort for me and had to be without AC last night. The worst happened when I got a last call from the salesman that the store will prefer to return my money, I replied no issues but in that case please ensure that my old AC is placed back in previous position. Today also I have lodged a complained with customer care and am waiting for needful to be done either way. I just wish I won't be constrained to go to the Hon'ble Court for restoring justice.

What a treatment ? What a professionalism ? Not expected from TATAs atleast.

I had taken an extended warranty cover on a Bosch tumble dryer purchased from Croma, Tnagar,Chennai. Just last week I had to have the control board replaced and the swiftness with which my claim was settled by Croma was not just amazing, but wholly satisfying as well.

Completely disappointed with this store. I purchased an Chroma brand AC last year with extended warranty.

The AC stopped working with in a year and I am following up with croma since one month each day and nobody is coming to attend it. My family including my infant daughter has to spend time in extreme heat. I lost my money, time and mental peace because of the purchase of their product. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY to buy from CROMA.

I buy one ton AC Panasonic company date of 05/5/16 & delivery done on 6/5/16 but nobody came for installation till date. That is a bad service experience by your organization.

I paid extended warranty amt against my split samsung ac my invoice no is SLF02A041050004664 and i have my croma extended warranty card too. Now they refusing me to give extended warranty service so i am very disappointed about the croma service earlier time it was never happened with me about croma service.

i purchased one induction cooker (plate) from croma 3 years ago with 2 years warranty. still now it not work proper i gave it to croma for repair after 1 week return me with bill 150/- but on checking found problem is not solve so complain registered and give back but now call from croma service st. he could not solve the problem. so now i confused what can i do i new purchase from croma ????? but why ??? its only for 3 year or it was if not repairable then why you not informed me my cooker is already there please reply me.

With regret this is to bring to your notice that a Philips Air Purifier AC 4014 was bought from Croma store; Location-NOIDA-GIP2-A125 on 13th December 2015 by Mr. Amit Khandelwal.

He was notified that he would be receiving two warranty cards for the product,i.e, one year warranty card that comes along with the purchase and an extended one for two more years. However the same was not processed. Mr. Khandelwal had to visit the store again to remind the executive from whom the purchase was made, one Mr. Nitin Gupta. Subsequently, again after few more reminders over phone a two year extended warranty card was delivered to his residence without any company stamp and it also bore a wrong purchase date of April 2016.

Now, we do not have one year warranty card that comes with the product and the one that we do have has validity issues. I called up Mr. Nitin Gupta today to resolve the issue however his statements were disjointed and seemed to have no concern for the matter. He told me categorically to wait till the evening as it was his off day and that he cannot take it up on priority as he had just woken up. I called him up today, on a weekday at 10:20am. Also, it is not my concern as to when an employee wakes up when it is a matter of total chaos and inconvenience caused to your customers especially when it is a socially acceptable time to call anyone.

I am at present taking up this route to resolve this issue however if compelled will take it up at a much higher level which will be a waste of everyone’s precious work time.

Hope to hear from you with a resolution at the earliest.

I bought a Samsun g Microwave oven on 01/07/2016. Rcpt no. SLF02A37010103267 DT.01-07-2016. fro Anna Nagar - Chennai. branch.
Along with that I was to get 2 free sets of gifts.
1. micro proof attachments - I received
2. 14 pcs Borosil. which they no stock and promised in 2 day. I went to collect it on 06-07-2016. they said they have not received the stock.
3. A service person to call on us to explain the function on Micro Oven till date no one has called.
Please look in to all this and do the needful.

I have Tata Credit Card and I want to redeem my reward point but at Croma out-late at Rajkot swap machine is not working. i have visited on 16th July, 23rd July, 30th July the Swap machine was not working and till today not working and the Croma people said that they can't say that when the Swap machine would be repaired. Pl do need full.

I have a cooling problem of my split ac. Its been a month that i m calling the customer care everyday twice atleast only to hear that they r putting my request on high priority and i will get the service withing 24 hrs, How many twenty for has passed and im still calling them. Just wasting my phonebills. I amconsidering getting my work donefromoutside but i have paid forthe extended warranty, is it only to go thru this? Its frustrating.I will never buy croma products anymore. Extremely poor response fromcroma service providers! Croma staffs fooling the customer. we went to croma shop they shown us acer laptop we selected and we did the hole payment of RS 23150/- and afterward they were say that now we are not having this in our stock you can come after 2hrs we said ok. after two hr we went to take our product they have given the different configuration which were totally different which thy were shown us before. so we demand for the same configuration which we have selected before. Croma staff said that sir sorry we are not having this in our stock please buy some other brand. How they can do this after paying whole money they waste our whole day
when we demand to cancel the order they were saying that sir, you will get refund after 3days by cheque means total one weeks. its very ridiculous and very bad behaviour with customer. Store manger Alok kumar and Croma Executive Ketan they fool us. kandivali west croma. lets see when they going to refund my money. Kindly take the action ASAP and refund the money with in 2 days.

Non intallation of window AC within specified period

I purchased new CROMA window 1.5T AC and delivered to me on 27.03.2017. the same is not installed by now as more than 72 hrs has expired. please expedite. it is already high time to use an AC. and second AC not proper working.

Poor after sales service

I bought a New LED TV 40 inches croma make on 1/4/17 - Bangalore .Marathalli branch branch.
1. I was booked on 1/4/17 (Saturday ) 4pm they delivered Monday(4/4/17) evening 7.30pm ,we called service engineer so many times after they came and installed ,
2. TV Resound is coming and picture is coming clarity
3. Croma Branded is very poor minted.
4. A service person to call on us to explain the function on television till date no one has come and checked.

Please look in to all this and do the needful.

I had booked symphony cooler from Croma shop, placed in Prozone mall Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 1.4.17 and the complaint was lodged for refund of amount twice credited to Croma for the same item mentioned above, total amount debit to my account is rs 20, 426/- instead of 10213/-. However when spoken to the call center 04 times only one answer is received that "we will come back to you with details after our finance team responds. i have been kept on hold for more than 45 minutes every time and was avoided to speak to any supervisor in the shift.

This is most unfortunate on part of a TATA enterprise to have such poor and uncooperative customer service. I need to have the total amount back for rs 20426/- as i am not interested in purchasing any item now from Croma. hope, Croma would respond to this at least.

Dear sir/Madam,

I would like bring out to your kind notice the lacadacial attitude of your firm,which causes irritation and harrashment to the customer. my wife has bought a smart phone MOTO G ON 26 FEB 2017 from outlet of croma at A S RAO NAGAR at secendrabad, telegana, INDIA. the set started giving trouble from day one and third time it has been repaired but still its not functional. my wife went and deposited with showroom.the poor empolyer only for courtesy sake they promise on behalf of executives now the questoin is who in your firm responsible to all this? i know that no answer i will get from any one except TATA? YOUR EMPOLYERS ARE CURTSIEST, BUT HELPLESS TO HELP CUSTOMER DUE TO YOUR DIRTY MARKETING. my wife had requested to change set but your staff says they only forward request but no replacement. your firm only want achieve target not win heart of customer. Now i have lost faith in CROMA. i want the set to be changed immediately otherwise i have the following options
a. go to cosumer court.
b. file a case against your firm in high court hyd for harassment to lady, false promises and cheating

I can understand once or twice it happens but not three times. If your staff says THE FIRM MOTOG TO CHANGE then why you are selling at your outlet your firm sold me then who responsible? Fine if you dont change it i will throw the set at your outlet . after all a loss of 10000/ only but what about your firm reputation i will not sit quite till i get justice REPLACE OR REFUND.

i have bought chroma brand portable AC, 3 years ago. i don't have invoice with me anymore and my number is changed. Because i don't have invoice which is 3 years old and my number is changed chroma refused to do anything about it.

Their call center tells lie that complaint is raised, and when called again they say there is nothing in their database. No reply on mail, no reply on calls, no feedback from their stores. Its more than 2 weeks, and i also tried same for one year.

Do not buy any products of chroma brand, later you need to find local guys to repair and they cant get chroma spares as all is cheap chinese made. Better to buy whatever they sell of reputed brands, and from reputed store outlets. their customer care is pathetic.
